The shoes I had bought as a impulse buy away from home. They were really comfortable and looked good for weekend casual wear.
The brown material at the bottom started to peel away within 2 months.
I returned them to my local store, they said i had to return them to the store i bought them from. That was going to be a problem as i needed to driver nearly 100 miles to take them back. As i took the shoes back from the salersperson they mentioned that they could be refused for wear and tear. The shoes were hardly used and the glue between the 2 layers had failes.

Anyway annoyed I glued they shoes back and continued wearing them.
1 month later the glue came apart from the same place from the other shoe.

The workmanship is very poor quality. Dont be fooled by the cushion soft feeling. They are for the first few months, then they arent.

I had Nike air Max 95s for over 3 years, wore them everyday and only replaced them with the skechers becuase i had completely worn the soles.

Avoid for the price you pay, you can better much better quality.

Trainers delivered Tab attatched right where you have to put trainer on so has to be removed. Didnt fit so packaged straight backup. Had to chase Sketchers up after 14 days. They said they were worn/damaged. Buyer beware.

I had a pair of sketchers bought for my Birthday , they were a little bit tight and I wondered if I could swap them for another size , they were bought in Belfast and they were discontinued so I was unsure.
I paid a visit to Sketchers in Leeds at Trinity just to ask about it , they said yes it's not a problem. So today I went into the Sketchers shop to exchange them for a bigger size , but also choosing a different shoe because of mine being discontinued.
I was served by a young lady named Cleuli , she couldn't have been more helpful , she was very polite and very patient , what a lovely experience , thank you Cleuli . Joan Smickersgill

Gratuitous help is what has brought me to write a review. This is about Daniel who is employed in the Bullring, Birmingham, Skechers branch

I called into the Bullring Skechers to gather some advice on the sizing of the Skechers shoes I had just bought online. Daniel bent over backwards to help me. He knew he was not doing it for a sale. But nontheless he brought me different size shoes to try and even measured my feet. He was so kind, so obliging and so very helpful

He did not ask me to do a review, I asked him for the name of his manager, who is Stuart, and where I could write a review. Thank you Daniel for your support and your knowledgeable help

Ordered some new shoes. Two weeks later still not arrived. Contacted customer service whose response is to refund me £76 of the original £82 I paid and cancel the order.
I only wanted to chase it up and find out where my shows were not cancel it, this policy must be costing the company a lot of lost revenue.

Skechers were very helpful. I ordered the wrong size, so had to return. They contacted me saying there was an issue with the return payment, so offered a manual refund or voucher code. I asked for the voucher code and also asked if I could get an extra discount for the inconvenience and they gave me that too

I did not read the reviews before placing my second and last order.

They use UPS which must stand for Useless Parcel Service . They don't even attempt to deliver. They send silly emails inviting you to sign that the parcel has been received before you have received delivery and then they send updates through the tracker system for you to pick up the parcel through a drop off point. If Sketchers valued their customers they would read the reviews and find an alternative courier service.

If I could I would rate bellow 0. Their delivery used to be good but last my orders wasnt delivered to home as I ordered. No updates on where is delivery etc. Their delivery company Ups not bothering to deliver to home,keep leaving at collection points and in there comes more problems. Skechers you just lost another loyal customer. Rubbish company you became with these deliveries.

Very comfortable, but terrible quality as the slip in wore through after very light use. Unfortunately, I wont be buying another pair or recommending them.

I would love to say a huge thank you to Connor and Laura at the sketchers shop at the Caledonian park Gretna. They were both so helpful and lovely and cheerful helping me choose slippers for my mother in law and actually popping back in today for slippers and winter boots for myself.Highly recommend this store for their helpfulness and kindness.

My wife and I went to the Skechers shop in Fleetwood
and were served by a lovely young lady called Isabella
. She was very attentive, kind, and courteous. And at the till, we met the assistant manager? Who was also very pleasant, I did remark that Isabella deserved a little pay rise, so hopefully management will reward her with a little token of a job well done

Ordered a pair of slippers, not a cheap pair either, £70, which would usually qualify for free delivery with most companies but isn't an option with Skechers. No express delivery possible, expected in 4-7 business days.
UPS tracking email advised to expect deliver 12 days later, item never received, I was in all day and no attempt at delivery made.
Contacted Skechers to say item missing after 17 days, no response.
Rechecked tracking and parcel now noted as delivered to a random business a couple of miles away, 3 days after planned delivery. No notification of any delivery attempt or where item had been left, I was in on the day it was delivered there too and no delivery attempt was made.
Contacted Skechers again requesting a refund as item now bought elsewhere, heard back 5 days later to say parcels are taken to access points if delivery failed and would eventually be returned to them and a refund issued then.
No indication whatsoever of when that might be.
Appalling service.

I ordered shoes for my daughter from Skechers. The delivery was supposed to arrive by UPS on Tuesday before noon, then it changed to “by end of day.” Later, the tracking suddenly showed “damage in transport.” The next day, the parcel was sent out again, supposedly to my home address, but instead it was marked as delivered to a collection point – with no attempt to deliver to my door.

When I went to the collection point the following day, the staff told me they simply didn’t have my parcel. I emailed Skechers, filled out the UPS claim form, but since then there has been complete silence. The phone number listed online doesn’t even work.

Terrible experience, no customer support, and no way to get help. I would never order from Skechers again.

Today we shopped in the Cardiff St David’s centre store having visited other sports wear shops beforehand.
There we were served by Sophie, who was knowledgeable of the all Skechers product, helpful service with a happy smile and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sophie.

I bought in one single order (SKEC-UK101822283) a few pair of shoes. I had to return two of them, one pair was too loose and one pair was damaged (the eyelet was broken). I have returned the two pairs of shoes in their original box still with tags etc etc immediately. It has been a week an no refund. Two days ago I received an email saying that the refund on one of the shoes was completed and the refund issued. The amount of the refund was? ZERO!!! they issued me a refund of zero!! I have tried to contact them. This is a ghost company. No phone number, no live chat (even if they say they have) and they do nott reply to emails!!! Do NOT buy from this company, lesson learned. If you have to, go buy in the store but definitely do NOT buy online!

I’ve been a loyal Skechers customer for over three years, and until now, I’ve always been satisfied with the brand. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.

I purchased a pair of Skechers sneakers in July 2025, and within a month of light wear, the stitching began coming undone on both shoes in the same spot. This suggested a quality issue, so I visited the Taunton store on August 31, 2025, to seek assistance. Unfortunately, I was told nothing could be done because of the store’s 45-day return policy, and the staff made no effort to inspect the shoes for any defects. I was extremely disappointed by this response and the lack of customer service.

I emailed Skechers UK to explain the situation, providing clear photos of the issue with the sneakers. Instead of addressing my concern or offering a reasonable solution, I received a series of dismissive replies. One representative stated that no manufacturing fault was found, without even acknowledging the photos I had provided or the store's failure to inspect the shoes. Another response simply pointed to the store’s return policy and advised me to go to a different store. This felt like passing the buck rather than resolving the issue.

I understand return policies are important, but when there’s a clear manufacturing fault, I expected better from a reputable brand like Skechers. The complete lack of accountability, failure to inspect the shoes properly, and dismissive responses have left me extremely disappointed in both the quality control and customer service.

I am not asking for a refund—just a replacement pair of shoes. I expect Skechers to stand by its product and its reputation for customer satisfaction, but at this point, I’m deeply disappointed with the service I’ve received.

Have been in hospitality for 19 years and have used Skechers previously and always found them to be relatively comfortable. Decided to try them again and went to the Leamington store, which is lovely had great customer service from a young chap who recommended the slip in comfy fit, tried in store and they felt great. However using them for work was a completely different story after an hour my feet were boiling hot and my heels hurt like hell anyway I got through the shift and left it a couple of days before wearing them again but same thing severe heel pain and back ache. I have tried four times now to wear these so called comfy shoes but have to concede and admit they were a complete waste of £80 will never use Skechers again so beware if you are on your feet for any length of time be careful what footwear you choose.

Called at the Skechers outlet store at Infinity Talke in Staffordshire today to get some slip in shoes for my husband. Unfortunately when I went today I couldn’t find the ones that I’d originally seen and liked. A lovely young lady called Darci came to our rescue. She immediately knew which shoes I was in about. She located them and found us the sizes that we needed. She was such a huge help. If it wasn’t for Darci we would have assumed that they were no longer in stock and gone home disappointed. What a credit she is to the store. Very polite, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Thank you so much Darci for all your help. I don’t normally do reviews but what a lovely store and shopping experience. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Went to the new shop in Tillicoultry. The sizes and prices are so hard to read. It's not a customer friendly place. I said this to a shop assistant who replied to my statement, I find it difficult to find a size 12/13, with "look for size 13/14". I think they were ridiculing me

I bought a pair 'slip-resistant' work shoes for safety. Only few days ,the right shoe was dangerously slippery and I almost fell at work. Customer service refused to help because I had 'worn' them. How else are you supposed to test slip resistance? Avoid if you need actual safety. Terrible experience and zero accountability from Skechers.
