I have used Sixt ride for years in several countries and they are always excellent. My experience in Spain did not disappoint. Excellent professional driver, vehicle and dependable on time service.

Very satisfied with the service
Very satisfied with the service. On the way to the Airport the car was super, on the way back…. I would have appreciated a more sophisticated car (leather seats etc…). So was not as pleasant as the other one. Considering the costs…

Sixt Ride always delivers outstanding service and care. From the beginning to the end of the journey, you are treated like a VIP. What I appreciate most is that I never have to worry about being met with rudeness — they are always respectful, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They really understand how to read their clients and adjust their approach so you feel comfortable and well taken care of. That level of attention and service is rare, and it’s why I would highly recommend Sixt Ride.

Thoroughly enjoyed my ride
Okay, so it was my first time in Germany, I land at Frankfurt airport. And Yunus Cetinkaya is my driver. The drive to where I was going was quite long but it was such an enjoyable ride. I was accommodated, I felt safe and again, for my first time there - it really set me up for a good time. Thanks so much SIXT ride, and a special thanks to Yunus!

SIXT Ride was a first class experience from Rome Airport (FCO) to out family’s downtown residence for the week. The driver was kind and personable and the Mercedes black car was exceptional.

Transfers to hotel - airport
I had the experience of booking the rides in Portugal and in Spain, for transfers from airport to hotel and vice-versa. I had excellent experiences on all the four rides I have booked. The drivers always provided an exceptional service. The driver that took me to the airport in Portugal took my luged up to the check in! This guy was outstanding!!!

Best driver ever
I travel frequently for work and have used a variety of car services in a variety of countries, and this is hands down the best experience I've had. Our driver was very sweet and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a great experience, even when some of our plans went haywire. I can't say enough good things about Tendai!

Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. I just tried the sixt ride because of the free 25 vouchers from my AMEX platinum card. However, the taxi service was not applicable for the voucher. Customer service also claimed that it was described in the activation email that taxi service is not included in the voucher. Shouldn’t it be at least specified in the App at least? It’s very confusing for me and customer service refused to apply the voucher manually for both my rides.
The ride service is also VERY disappointing. Waiting time takes too long is one thing. More importantly before my ride from airport to home, a taxi driver took my order, app said he should take 7 minutes on the way. I checked on the app 10 minutes later, the driver didn’t move at all and I had to cancel my order. I wasted about 40 minutes rechoosing drivers here and there because the drivers didn’t move at all. I guess they just took their orders as their guaranteed income, but more willingly took other people to get more income. With the time wasted, I should be way earlier home and wouldn’t have to wait in rain for the never-showing drivers.
Service not recommended at all.
