SIXT ride Omdömen 

Ich habe den Premium Service in Singapur und auch in Sydney in Australien 3 x innerhalb einer Woche genutzt und kann sagen, dass alles bestens geklappt hat. Freundlichen Fahrer und die Autos haben der Kategorie entsprochen, die gebucht auch wurde.

Absoluty perfect. Puncual, polity, friendly conversation, clean and nice car …. definitely nothing to complain about.

Much too expensive compared to Grab or Uber, even with Amex Voucher. Many times extra wait times were billed without reason. Was sorted out later, but annoying.

Booked a SIXT ride pickup at Newark Airport (EWR), specifically because they let you reserve multiple car seats in advance and offered in-terminal meet & greet — important for us since we were traveling with three young children (ages 2, 5, and 7) all requiring car seats. We paid a real premium for this over standard rideshare options because of that.
Our driver was on-site, in contact with us by phone, and agreed to wait a few extra minutes when we said we were running slightly behind. He left anyway, without further warning. When we called SIXT's hotline immediately afterward, we were told no replacement driver could be provided — despite their own booking conditions stating they'd "find an alternative solution" in exactly this situation. We ended up having to arrange a last-minute substitute ride without car seats for the kids.
Then SIXT charged us the full fare and sent a cancellation notice falsely claiming the driver and support team "were unable to locate or contact" us. We have text messages proving continuous contact right up through their own stated cutoff time. When we disputed this, their written response gave a different, inconsistent explanation, and their customer service simply redirected us back to the same team that had already denied the refund.
The specific feature we paid extra for — reliable pickup with advance car seat booking — is exactly what failed, and the company's own explanation for what happened doesn't hold up against their own records. Would not trust this service for anything involving young children or a tight schedule.

Es kam in München am 15.8. zu einer Sperrung der Landebahn und zu Verspätungen. Jeder wusste das, nur Sixt nicht. Dann wurde es abenteuerlich, Sixt stornierte die Buchung, plötzlich war ein neue Buchung da, und auch ein Fahrer war zur Stelle und beförderte mich. Und Höhepunkt: mir wurde die Fahrt ZWEIMAL in Rechnung gestellt, auf eine Rückerstattung warte ich genau so wie auf die Beantwortung von etlichen Mails.
Bucht eure Fahrten lieber woanders.

Immer wieder schön, Pünktlich am Flughafen abgeholt zu werden. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die immer gepflegten Fahrzeuge und die freundlichen Fahrer.

The car and Mukta the driver were excellent. The main issue was that we could not track the driver as the contact details on the app were completely wrong.

I book two 1-way rides for a concert. The ride to the concert was great, showed up on time, got us there quick and comfortable.

The return ride cancelled on me 5 minutes after they were supposed to pick me up. I have book the ride at least a week ahead of time.

Besser geht nicht. Unser Fahrer war 15 Min. vor Abfahrt bereit. Top Auftritt, freundlich und kompetent. Ich buche nur noch Sixt Ride.

Great service. Always friendly drivers. Very nice and clean vans. Always on time.

Völlig überteuert und unkomfortabel.
Wir waren 3 Personen und mussten uns zu dritt mit Koffer hinten ins Fahrzeug quetschen. Der Fahrer hatte 2 Kindersitze im Auto, so dass unser Gepäck nicht vollständig in den Kofferraum passte. Er hatte Kommentar, dass er danach 2 Kinder transportieren müsse. Nicht akzeptabel, für einen Preis der fast doppelt soviel kostet als ein Taxi

Komfortables Auto, freundlicher und wertschätzender Service, empathischer Fahrer

I’ve used the car service multiple times during my business travels in Germany and the interactions have been satisfactory, the service is easy to book, easy to adjust times/locations when needed, the service has been prompt, vehicles have been nice or at the least adequate, and price reasonable (compared to uber and taxi). I highly recommend when you need reliability and stress free business travel. Drivers are prompt, courteous and responsible. Vehicles are what you would expect from a good car service.

Die Experience von der Buchung bis zur Fahrt an sich - toll. Nutzte einen Airport Transfer von VIE in die Innenstadt. Werde das wieder nutzen. Der Fahrer war pünktlich, hatten ein gutes Gespräch während der Fahrt, sauberes Auto.
