Die Buchung war unkompliziert.
Der Fahrer kam pünktlich am Abholort an und die Kommunikation war problemlos. Das Fahrzeug war sehr gepflegt und der Fahrer hatte ein tadelloses Auftreten. Ebenfallwaren die Gespräche sehr angenehm. Eine tolle Dienstleistung im gesamten.

Driver was fine. But for the third time in 3 weeks, this 75mile airport transfer to Heathrow has a different car than I ordered. Ordered a Business Green. Got a diesel Van.

That might conceivably be “operational difficulties”. But the cat, registration and in one case the driver, didn’t match the notification received on the App or email. Surely this is a security issue?

Outstanding driver, highly professional and courteous - asked for my timing objectives and driving preferences at the beginning of the (long) trip and executed flawlessly. Paired with a spotless Mercedes S-class providing lots of space for working while on the road, different charging cables at the ready, etc. - all the little details had been taken care of, and my experience could not have been better.

This service was perfect for us and for getting from LGA airport to our hotel near JFK. We had a ton of luggage for the next leg of our trip so public tranportation wasn't an option. The driver was friendly and it was a great start to our trip.

Die Buchung einen Tag zuvor war total easy und ich hatte kurz nach der Buchung alle Informationen in der App. Ein Anruf bei dem Fahrer war kurz vor der Abholung sehr einfach. Die Abholung war pünktlich und uns wurde beim Verladen des Gepäcks geholfen. Auch Wasser an Bord war inklusive. Fahrer war extrem freundlich, bot sogar an, uns in den Bahnhof zu begleiten. Besser geht's nicht. Rundum bei meiner ersten Buchung happy. Das werden wir wiederholen.

Nutze Sixt Ride hauptsächlich in den Emiraten. Die Fahrer sind immer überpünktlich und bringen mich sicher zum Ziel. Die Qualität der Fahrzeuge reicht von verbeult bis makellos. Häufig wechseln die Fahrzeuge (Marke/Ausstattung), obwohl zuvor per eMail die Daten detailliert mitgeteilt werden. Zuletzt sollte es ein Lexus sein, es erschien ein Tesla. Manchmal gibt es eine Flasche Wasser gratis dazu, manchmal einfach nichts. Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich dort vor Ort aber zufrieden mit der Leistung, da der Preis auch in Verbindung mit der AMEX Platinum Card stimmt. Ein reguläres Taxi wäre preislich nur geringfügig teurer.

Pünktliche Abholung, ruhige Fahrt, pünktlich am Ziel trotz Stau und Baustellen, gerne wieder!

Sixt was easy and efficient! Our driver was wonderful as well. Had a slight address mix up (my fault - a Uni with two campus and I put the wrong one in). After a quick conversation, driver got to us and made the ride so easy. Highly recommend!
