Just received a parking fine, parked at Churchill hospital,in a disability bay,after appointment went to machine put my registration in,and then scanned my blue badge as asked, so totally confused, surely if I hadn't done all that was asked at paying machine, the barrier would not have risen, at let me exit, have put an appeal straight in,but looking at what has been said here,it probably will disagree with the appeal even though I have sent photo of badge in,anddddd car is registered as a disability car 🚗

Awful company, abusing their position.

Parked in a hospital car park run by SIP, 3 weeks later I recieved parking fine for not paying enough for my time there. I parked for 1.5 hours and paid for 2 hours. I appealed, sending a screenshot of the payment to SIP as proof of payment but they rejected my appeal. No point in an appeal process if they are just going to ignore the evidence.

Criminal.

Parked my scooter at Royal William yard Plymouth, the meter does not accept motorcycles only cars, the app wouldn’t work. However, the parking attendant was brilliant and really helpful and sorted it out for me. My five stars are for the attendant, I don’t know his name, but he used to work for BT.

Never resort to parking here, their system is incompetent, I parked here and couldn’t pay because their machines don’t work and the instructions of payment were unclear so they charged me £60. On a separate occasion, I parked here and payed but they charged me £60 again. I appealed the decision, citing that the money had come out of my bank account and provided evidence of this. They then rejected this decision and because of this the fine was bumped up to £100. I then registered the appeal with the Independent Appeals Service who also threw it out. So I had to pay £100.

Someone I knew was stuck with over £600 in parking fines because the signage on the car parks is shocking.

Avoid avoid avoid.

Never park here. Scammers

Their machine are broken so don't register payments. Then they can fine you 60quid for their own incompetence

Scam the company should be disbanded and their employees arrested for fraud.

Minus 5 stars for this company who sent a "final notice" to my 90 year old disabled Mum for parking a car she no longer owns in a town she hasn't been to. This was the first and only correspondence, and threatened extra charges, debt collection etc. You can't even email or call them.
Absolutely appalling.

We have just been advised that our private car park for our apartments has gone over to Sippi, I registered my car,eventually, after having to send proof of car ownership, copy of car insurance and a bank statement 🤷‍♀️, have now received a fine for my friend coming to visit for 44 minutes but I can’t get in touch with the company to find out rules for visitors, we have been given no information at all apart from how to register, some residents still can’t register because they get kicked off the system and they have had tickets too. I would not mind but she comes once a week to bring me some shopping as I am disabled.
I would give them. -5 review if the option was there.

The appeal mechanism does not work as it is deemed to be. I parked my car at Sip Car Park in Birmingham. It was full but I was waiting for a space there. The queue time was included in my parking duration which I was not aware of.
When I returned to pick up my car, there were vehicles blocking the way and it took me extra time to get out of the car park. This altogether led me to a GBP60 fine because the ticket time did not cover the duration of my car being on the premises.
No signage, no explicit notice there to indicate that you need to be waiting for a parking space at your own expense. No obvious reminder on the ticket or ticket machines to bring drivers to the attention that waiting time counts.
The appeal is merely a formality. Don't expect much from it. It keeps telling you that it is drivers' responsibility but it never says the car park company has its responsibility to ensure an effective operation!

I am faced with a fine of £160.00 after attending one of SIP car parks. I attempted to pay using three different bank cards but the pay machine would not accept any. Another gentleman was also trying to pay but the machine would not accept his card. The machine was obviously out of order. I left a note on my dashboard advising I had tried to pay. I received a fine through the post with a CCTV image of my car entering the car park. The pay machine was at the entrance and on the CCTV footage. I appealed the fine asking SIPS to review their CCTV where they would see me at the pay machine wearing a gilet after I had entered the car park trying to pay. My appeal was rejected. There is a telephone number for SIP but it is just a recorded message advising they cannot discuss any appeals due to limited staff. All in all SIP procedures are an absolute con and you have no choice but to pay the fine or let it go legal. What is even worse is I have been back to the same car park since the fine and they have replaced the pay machine! My advice is if the machine will not take your payment leave the car park immediately otherwise you will be fined. I will be avoiding their car parks in the future

Scam app that requires you to start a session, select the time duration you require to park, then you have log back in to the app to end the session when you leave. Even when you close it off you get reminders that the session is still open, so you check the app again and your parking session is still open and charging you for hours you haven’t spent. If you’re able to find parking elsewhere…. Please do!
It’s so sad companies like this are still allowed to operate when overwhelming complaints and mentions of scams are underway.

I have written to the company 4 times advising that they have an incorrect address registered to me. They have done nothing to correct it. I am now pursuing the formal complaints procedure. Absolute waste of my time.

Disgraceful company… Parked at SGS Bristol downloaded the crap app. Paid and received a receipt job done….. well no not really received an invoice/fine a month later demanding payment??? Appealed against with proof of their own receipt and appeal was upheld !! Only to receive a bigger fine and demand .. A company who try and swindle people out of money and should be shut down, Shame on any estates who employ this filth to run their parking. Avoid at all costs .. Am I paying am I F****.

They forced me to put this crap app to be able to have permit on my parking in own bay! I paid for penalty now even can't log in there to see if they accept my permit!!! Wttf? I wish they just burn in hell for how they stress people !

tried to pay £60 site I was directed to said it was an unsafe website and not to proceed. Im not paying now out of principle how do i know if its its legit or not?

Discussing ppl I paid for parking still got a ticket no one to speak to horrendous I hope this company goes down.

Never park at a SIPs car park.They are Scammers..thay will fine you even if you have payed for ticket or used the app,and they will reject your appeal.

I parked in a SIPPI car park in Dumfries. Downloaded the app and paid, according to the app it all went through. 7 weeks later I get a letter telling me that debt collectors will be used and that if I don’t pay £100 now they will call and take £170.
You can’t speak to anyone it’s all automated. I didn’t get my CC statement until today so had no idea that there was an issue and the payment wasn’t taken. Though I don’t know why. Beware

Don’t use this car park at shaw street Manchester car broken in to while parked there

I’m a blue badge holder and my car and badge are on file with Oxford University Hospitals. I recently was issued a PCN for parking in the disabled lot at Churchill hospital, where I always park and have done for years. I tried to ring SIP but they are unwilling to discuss PCNs on the phone. They refused my appeal without telling me what I did wrong. They should have a way for me to talk to them. Poor service.
