downloaded the paybyphone app that day. I thought I had paid for parking. I received a fine as the payment must have not gone through. I wanted to appeal and requested the information to show I downloaded the app and tried to pay and enter card details. Can only speak to a chatbox and no one has responded to the email on paybyphone. on the 247advice can only speak to a chatbox which can not help with any question.

Paid for overnight patking in only available space in a stinking pigeon poo infested car park off Deansgate. Found a ticket in the morning because I was not fully in my bay. Even by the standards of these bottom feeding racketeers this was a new low.

Leicester car park on Nelson Street Paid for my parking got proof of payment and ticket as well but still got a £100 ticket after 12days

Shocking performance, I got a charged for parking in a pub car park, parking was free if you order food and drink from the pub. Logging device inside the pub failed multiple times but eventually stated it was complete.

2 weeks later I received a fine, I have appealed which the offer of providing evidence of debit details of payments of food and drink in the pub and stating the errors with their device. Still they did not care and blamed it on myself. Shocking treatment

Absolutely shocking. I paid by cash at the car park in Burnley. I paid at the meter by cash. They clearly had evidence. But no still a parking charge. Do not trust. How are they allowed to get away with this.

100% the worst experience I have ever had the displeasure of enduring. I have been charged incorrectly twice, I have now been charged correctly (at last) but get this! They don't deal with PCN's over the phone... Step 1: Make it as ridiculously difficult as possible for you to resolve THEIR shortcomings. I rang them because my appeal time had elapsed (my fault) when ringing them, asking them how I can appeal now, the first correspondent ended the call because she had 0 idea and most likely, 0 training. I called back, a different operator said okay, I am now terminating the call because you have mentioned a PCN... it is like they are praying you mention a PCN so they can immediately end the call. The 3rd correspondent said 'yh, check the letter we sent ya, use that address and send an appeal'... I mean, I could not believe the lack of customer service, what do I put on the letter? what if I no longer have the letter? do I need a reference no.? who do I address? The worst company I have ever dealt with, 100%. I have had 3 previous PCN's, EVERY SINGLE ONE of them threatened me with legal action eventually, which I destroyed with CCTV evidence... I mean one of them claimed I was parked at a location for 24hrs... I then showed them footage of the vehicle at home for over 5 days... *AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR SKULLDUGGERY AT ALL COSTS*

Parked, attempted to pay, machine stated please wait but also says that it is ticketless. Checked my bank and the payment was pending. Next thing, I get a parking fine. So I appeal, send the photos of the machine saying please wait and the photos of the pending payment on my phone. They reject the appeal and then threaten me with £100 fine or court. I'm going to take it to court. These companies scam hard working people out of money intentionally, they must be making a fortune out of having a faulty machine.

Constant problems trying to pay at SIP carpark Huntbach Street Hanley. One time couldn't get to pay by card so put coins in. Then next time couldn't get coins to register but card worked. Then next neither worked so phoned.
15th April put car reg in and tapped card which beeped so thought it worked - was about to walk off- saw something like no connection on machine. Started again, tapped, beeped again no connection. Now not sure if payed once, twice or not at all. Too nervous to risk so put 2 pounds in- nothing- pressed for any receipt but it's ticket less and doesn't give a receipt. Pressed again but no money returned so presumed it had registered payment. Now have a parking fine- £100. I appealed but they say it's not upheld. I can take it further but it states if Then not upheld I pay £100 but if I pay instead of further appeal it's £60. So I've paid £2 - that's for 12 hours and only stayed a couple of hours- I had an appointment and they said problems with machine - I spent a while trying to pay paid correct amount but feel I can't risk paying £100 instead of £ 60. So wrong

"Appalling customer service. I called to ask for information regarding a Blue Badge fine, only to be shouted at and patronised by a staff member. Instead of helping, she was aggressive and intimidating. When I mentioned I would be taking the matter to my MP, she threatened to cut me off and promptly hung up. It’s clear this company prioritises fines over basic human decency and staff training."

If I had my way they would not even get a one star review.

My car was subjected to over £10000 of damage by an unknown source ! I have attempted to obtain information as to whether they have CCTV ! No contact number unless you want to pay a fine or have them manage land for you ! Number given on voice recording is not in service and up to 28 days response time via email auto reply !! Absolutely disgusting customer service ! Whilst I appreciate they don’t accept responsibility for any damage ! I would expect they would support victims of damage and crime on the premises you pay to park at by being responsive and assisting

This company issued a PCN against me based on what appears to be false evidence, claiming I was parked at a time when I was not even present. I appealed with clear supporting evidence, yet my appeal was still rejected without proper consideration.

I was then told that if I escalated to the Independent Appeals Service, the charge would increase from £60 to £100. This felt like a clear attempt to pressure and discourage me from exercising my right to appeal.

I still proceeded to the IAS, and the decision was ultimately overturned in my favour.

This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of their enforcement and the fairness of their appeals process. Based on my experience, the initial PCN was not justified and the handling of the case was highly questionable.

Do not let them scare you

This is a scam company. I received a PCN for "blocking another car" whilst I was parked at the allocated electric car charging space and clearly not blocking anyone. There is no ability to appeal as the phoneline, website and email send the customer in a circular goosechase. I can see why they only have 1 star ratings. Absolute scam! Will be contacting b.ev car charging company regarding this.

Have been parking in the same car park major st Manchester with no issue for 6 months! Paid as usual however it turns out that they changed the rules and I didn’t notice, they now want £25 a day if you have a van that takes up the same amount of space as a Range Rover! It’s a scam! I paid as normal but they changed the signs, so ended up with a ticket,

Awful. As a staff member at an NHS hospital I am having difficulty in them collecting the car parking fees despite giving them the details of car, permit and card . I have received a warning letter threatening as fine if I park in the staff car park again.
I am calling (again) as I was put on hold for over an hour last time on a loop. Had to give up in the end. The emails they have sent and their replies have so far failed to solve the problem. I am on a 12 hour shift tomorrow....

I paid for parking on Dutton Street, Manchester using the SIP app.
I got a confirmation and thought nothing more of it. When I returned to my vehicle i found a ticket on my windscreen. It stated that "insufficient fee paid" I had paid £4.00 for 12 hours, checked with my bank, the money had been taken by SIP. I appealed, showing the evidence of payment, I got a reply stating appeal unsuccessful, the reason being . Your vehicle was parked in a manner other than in accordance with the signage situated at the car park.
The ticket stated " Insufficient fee paid, the appeal failed and they stated parked in a manner other than in accordance with the signage. What a scam. I tried to appeal using the IPC , its a complete waste of time. No help whatsoever. My advice go no where near SIP parking sites.

Unfortunately it’s impossible to give zero stars as this company doesn’t deserve one. Absolutely no way of speaking to anyone to solve a simple problem that is now leading to multiple demands for more payments despite payments being made and payment reference numbers given. Appeals process totally dismissive. An extremely shameful way of running a company. My only option is to try and contact SIP employees via Linkedin until I get a response

I would give zero stars if I could. SIP Car Parks is easily the worst parking management company I have ever dealt with.
​I recently received a "Final Notice" for a PCN, despite never receiving the initial letter. This is a blatant attempt to bypass the appeals process and strong-arm people into paying increased fines.
​To make matters worse, they are claiming I didn't pay for my stay, yet my bank statement clearly shows the payment went through on that date. Their systems are i i i clearly unfit for purpose if they cannot match a payment to a registration number.
​Trying to resolve this is a nightmare as they make it impossible to appeal once they’ve moved it to the "final" stage. Avoid their car parks at all costs unless you want to spend your time fighting baseless fines for payments you’ve already made.

Refused to listen to reasonable explanation of why they thought my nephew (whilst driving my car) hadn't paid for parking correctly. I have ended up with a court claim against me which i am just going to pay to get rid of the hassle. Robbing bar stewards
