UPDATE: in response to the company response to this review below, gov.uk clearly states that ‘customers have exactly the same rights to refunds when they buy items in a sale or when they buy them at full price’. It also states that ‘it is illegal to display any notice that deliberately misleads consumers or deceives them about their rights. For example a sign that says “you do not accept returns or offer refunds” ‘.

My Experience: Bought a pair of swimming trunks this week for £60 and at checkout the company applied at discount of £10 to the item which was great. I received the trunks within 48 hours but decided I didn’t like the look or feel of them and requested a return. That’s when it transpired that because there was a discount applied (by the company) it meant that the item cannot be exchanged or refunded. I’m therefore stuck with trunks I do not want and cannot return. Do NOT buy from this company as they have clearly manipulated there commercial model to ensure that you can really only buy but never return items. Businesses like this won’t survive too long with behaviours like this. I urge others to write of similar experiences to ensure that consumer rights are protected.

Love the product and the service. I’m always skeptical ordering something off an Instagram ad however, I liked the design enough to give it a try.

On top of that, I made a mistake with my order and when I reached out to the customer service team, they responded within a few hours and worked with me to find a solution, even though the issue was my fault and not theirs.

Perfect product from a professional business. I ordered the Pinnacle Weekend pack which I already thought was great value for money, it arrived next day delivery. Packaging immaculate and the attention to detail on the product was second to none. Highly recommend.

Do not order anything from the sale from this Comapny. If you do you cannot get a refund, they force you to get exchange or get a voucher. If you look at their website most items are sold out in a lot of sizes so the voucher is a complete waste of time. I am now stuck with a voucher which is totally useless!! It does state this on their T's and C's, I am highlighting as most people do not read those when on line shopping.

Es ist einfach unfassbar! Anbei meine Bewertung mit der Antwort von Sink, da ich darauf nicht antworten kann.(steht unten in Klammern) Hier ist garnichts geklärt! Das Paket liegt immer noch bei UPS und ich habe noch nicht meine 390€ wieder bekommen 😡 (wenn ich das Geld erhalten haben soll, dann schreibt mir bitte wann - es ist einfach eine Lüge)
Was ist los mit Sink, dass die einfach mein Geld einbehalten? Schön, dass die jetzt einfach den Spediteur gewechselt haben, das Paket dadurch weiter bei UPS liegt und nichts weiter passiert. Merkt ihr es eigentlich noch? Solange Sink sich nicht bei UPS in den UK meldet, um das Paket freizugeben, erhalten die nicht das Paket zurück und ich bekomme nicht mein Geld - was für ein mieses Verhalten!!!!!😡

(Am liebsten würde ich 100 Minussterne verteilen! Extrem lange Lieferzeiten von fast 1 1/2 Monaten, dadurch waren wir im schon im Urlaub und das Paket konnte mehrfach nicht zugestellt werden. Jetzt liegt es seit unglaublichen 6 Monaten im deutschen Lager von UPS, weil Sink es nicht auf die Reihe bekommt sich bei UPS in den UK zu melden, um das Paket frei geben zu lassen. Ich habe schon an die 60 E—Mails an Sink und ca. 30 an UPS (inkl. Anrufe) geschrieben. So einen extrem schlechten Kundenservice hatte ich noch nie!!!! Und es ist kein Ende in Sicht!! 😡
In kann nur jeden empfehlen vom Kauf der Artikel abstand zu nehmen!

Thank you for your feedback. As you know, this situation has been addressed, and you have been fully refunded. We're sorry to hear about your negative experience.

As we’ve explained, once UPS has possession of a package, there is limited action we can take. Unfortunately, despite multiple delivery attempts, the situation was out of our control. UPS, a third-party carrier, provided poor service, and we’ve since decided to discontinue using them.

While I understand your frustration, I feel it’s unfair to place the blame on us for issues caused by UPS. Regardless, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused.)

First of all, 50$ UK fee for delivery’s outside of the UK.
Second of all, more than 3 weeks delivery. Horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Do not order from this company if you expect delivery within a reasonable time. 2 weeks and still waiting.. Emails requesting status updates unanswered.

Great customer service, I managed to order the wrong size for 1 of my items and it was picked up by Imogen and sorted without any hassle. Shorts came very promptly and I can honestly say the quality, fit and comfort are the best I’ve ever had.

Sink swimwear is a small business which produces amazing swimwear and delivers truly excellent service.

The products are excellent quality and they look good and feel even better. I received some nice compliments when wearing their signature resort shorts on holiday recently. I liked them so much I rarely wore a different brand, preferring to put on my Sink shorts instead.

Delivery and Customer service was top class. As a small business they recognise good customer relations as important.

I wish them great success and will definitely be placing future orders.

I had a small issue with the return of a size that didn’t fit me, the return seemed to have been missed by mistake in their warehouse.

Contacting them via their info@ email I was contacted back and the issue was resolved quickly.

Great product had to re buy in next size up but due to dates i had to send one back and reorder to make it on time for my trip. Returns was very easily processed and the new ones came in time and was very happy with the product (swim shorts)

Order the tailored 3-set and the shorts are brilliant. Nice material, nice style, and very comfy. Unfortunately one of the buttons broke off and I contacted them for a replacement. Imogen was very helpful and kind enough to send a replacement with no fuss. Definitely recommend and will be purchasing in the future
