Do Better By Your Customers & Their Experience
For the price point on these shorts, I am very dissatisfied with the difficulties I’ve had attempting to return a pair of trunks. The quality is nice, but the website and customer experience are quite poor. To charge what you do for the shorts and then when you attempt to return them get told by the post office the shipping costs $100+ is ridiculous. There’s nowhere that makes that aware on the website and you end up paying three times out of pocket for the original shorts, shipping back, and then a new pair that you don’t even get credited the full amount on. I just truly believe for a brand and price point as such, you’d do better by your customers because I’m now stuck with a pair of shorts I can’t send back and now can’t get the size I need.

To clarify, we do offer a prepaid international return label for a flat fee of $25, which is noted on our website. It sounds like the return method you explored may have been via a third-party courier, which can understandably be more expensive.
We never want our customers to feel stuck with an item that doesn’t work for them, so please feel free to reach out to our customer care team directly — we’d be happy to send you our prepaid return label and assist you in getting the correct size.

This is my first time leaving a review here. I ordered the wrong size and the return process was exceptional quick. When I went a mail asking how long it would take to sort out they came back quickly, reassured me and got it sorted super quick.

Wonderful designs, materials and customer service. Wore a new suit in Laguna last week and had two people stop to ask me about the suit. Now my two sons (25, 30) are wearing them and have had multiple friends seek out a Sink Swimwear suit. You have to check them out and their customer service is the highest quality.

I ordered swim trunks
I ordered swim trunks from their website. Tried to return them because they didn’t fit and they legit wouldn’t let me return them. Said they had a 30 day return policy, I tried to return them after 2 weeks (14 days) and they said I am not eligible for a return because it’s passed the return date. Tried sending them an email about this and they just never responded. Awful customer service. Stay away from this company.

Even though pay select and pay for Express delivery Sinkswimwear take no ownership of their own customers issues! Was due delivery today from DPD but they get a sorry it’s delayed message. On contacting Sinl they just said contact DPD! No offer of them contacting or refund of the Express Delivery charge!!! DONT PAY FOR Express!
