Great customer service and love our Dik Geurt Stove
We chose a Dik Geurts Aste 5 Wood Stove. Simply Stoves kept in touch with us about our delivery date as there was a lead time. Our stove was delivered in January and we had to wait a few weeks to have it fitted. The stove is so easy to light and logs have a good burn time. We have two other stoves and this is definitely the best. When the fitter unpacked the stove the door handle was missing. I emailed Simply Stoves and got an instant reply and a handle arrived at our house within two days.
I will definitely be using Simply Stoves again as we have one more Stove to buy in a year or so - it's so nice to deal with a company that keeps you updated and responds quickly.

Exceptional Service and Competitive Pricing – Highly Recommended!
I recently set out to build a large media wall and needed the perfect fire to complete the design. After extensive research, I chose the Gazco eReflex 195RW 1-2-3 Sided Electric Fire. Although I found a lower price online, I was hesitant to purchase from an unfamiliar retailer. Instead, I reached out to Simply Stoves, a highly recommended company, for assistance.
From the start, their service was exceptional. During an online chat, a friendly and helpful representative promptly matched the lower price without hesitation. I placed my order on 18th December and was quickly contacted by Chris to arrange delivery. Since my media wall wouldn't be built until the new year, Chris kindly offered to hold the delivery and stayed in touch throughout, following up as promised and accommodating my schedule seamlessly.
The fire arrived last week via courier, with clear and timely updates at every stage. One important note: courier delivery is kerbside only, so be sure to have at least two people available to move it, as it is quite heavy.
The fire was installed yesterday, and it looks incredible. My fitter was initially concerned that it appeared to be front-facing only rather than a three-sided model, but this was due to the side blanking plates, which can be removed - so don’t worry if you encounter the same issue!
I am thrilled with the fire, the price, and the outstanding service from Simply Stoves. Their professionalism, flexibility, and excellent communication made the entire process stress-free. Highly recommended!

We would like to thank Chris, Jamie and Luke, for our new log burner installation. We chose our Dik Geurts Ivor 5 with Chris at Simply stoves in Southminster. Jamie and Luke did our installation and did a great job explaining exactly what they were going to do each day. They both worked extremely hard as ours was a big job transforming our 1970s fireplace into an elegant modern, usable fire.
