I bought some orange towels. It's only been 3 weeks and there is a tear or area that has unraveled on the towel after 3 washings. Walmart towels are better quality!

Issues but Simons were great in resolving them
Had issues with items being cancelled. Veronique in customer service was very helpful. More items got cancelled so I insisted in speaking to a manager. I was told a manager would call me back and I got a call from Nicollette. She was amazing and went out of her way to make good on the issues. She was very honest and apologetic too. I would recommend calling and insisting on speaking to a manager.
One of my favourite stores for online shopping
Great selection and quality. Fast delivery and if you choose gift as an option it is beautifully packaged in a glossy green box with tissue, a sticker and ribbon. I’ve ordered many times from Simons and have never been disappointed.
First time buyer
First time buyer; I found the online experience simple and shipping was fast. The item I bought was exactly as advertised and I appreciated that this vendor provides a less pricey alternative to fashion forward clothing.

Awful
Their online customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. They offer no assistance whatsoever. Once your order is shipped, you're on your own. If your order gets lost, stolen, etc., they won't do a thing. Much better stores out there that at least pretend to care about their customers.

Completely dissatisfied and very disappointing experience. Of course we all order online because it’s easier and safer these days. It’s already tough enough to gauge how we will love (or not love) what we aren’t touching and feeling for ourselves. But when a website implies that something comes as a set you assume that it comes as a set.
I ordered what I thought was a set of towels online and when I received my package I only received the two big towels of the set. I contacted customer service by chat and was told it does not come as a set. No problem, to return for free except that it I have to do steps 1-6 from printing the free label, to packaging, dropping off, etc. The towels are not at all good enough quality to justify the cost for one towel as I’ve paid half that cost for much bigger, fluffier and better quality towels at Walmart. The towels from Simons will be donated as I do not have the time and patience to do all the “free return” steps needed to make a simple return. Waste of money and will never shop here again.
Great Experience
After having shopped in store many times, I recently ordered two items online. I was extremely impressed with how fast my package arrived (under 48 hours for standard shipping). I requested the items to be gift wrapped and I found out that this request also included the removal of the portion of the price stickers which indicated the prices—a thoughtful (and very necessary) thing that a lot of high street stores don't do!
You're not a customer, you are "damage control"
I made an order that was delayed for three weeks. That is understandable due to covid. What is not understandable is the lack of communication. When I finally found an email address of their CA from paypal I sent an email. His response was to forward it to staff to conduct "damage control"! What type of customer considers a complaint only to be "damage control"? Clearly they are only interested themselves and not the customer nor a positive customer experience.
Good shipping and return policies
Simons will have one of the best Designer sales annually and will always ship for free through Canada post.
However, when Canada post is having issues with reliability then you are SOL because they exclusively use Canada post, better pickup in-store.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. Ordered from them for two home decor items. Both were very different in colors and overall appearance/quality than photos. Waited so long for them to even ship then another couple weeks to recieve them. They were cheap in price (which I guess says alot) and so I'm not going to bother to return them.

I ordered a sweatsuit from Simons and never received it. This is going to be a long review but it's a good one!
I love Simons itself. They have great selection, I could spend hours in their store. During quarantine, I wanted to get myself a cute sweatsuit, so I went online and saw a cute Champion set. I LOVE how they let you put in your size in other brands to help you choose what size you'd be in a certain item. It was so helpful because I can definitely vary a lot when it comes to sizing, so that was great.
I knew the delivery would be delayed and I had no issues with that, totally understandable! I ordered around mid-April and got notification that it should be delivered to my home on April 28. A couple days pass and it hadn't shown up. The Canada Post tracker just said it was "out for delivery" in my city so I thought, with their delays, it must just be sitting in the truck somewhere in the city and they'll get to me.
Anyway, about another week passes and no updates from Canada Post. So I submit a ticket and they get back to me on May 13 saying the item was not delivered and I need to ask the sender to submit a claim. So I call Simons but their phone lines are closed (annoying, but fair enough) and so I have to send a request through their website. They said it would be 72 business hours before I got a response, and it was pretty much exactly that.
When they did get in touch with me, they were SO helpful. The issue was sorted within 24 hours and the refund was issued almost immediately. I really appreciate that Simons takes this route, rather than submitting the claim with Canada Post and making the customer wait for all of that back and forth.

I'm super happy with my whole package. First time ordering from here and I will order from there from now on.

Today I had selected a number of items I wanted to buy, but thought I'd get them on my way out instead of carrying them around the mall. When I was on my way out, I noticed a lot of the signs were being removed. The salesperson said only the ones with signs were on sale. I took the things I wanted to buy with sale signs posted for them, and she looked them up and said they were no longer on sale. I think if a sign is posted of the price, you should honor it. I was very disappointed and did not buy anything.

LOVE!!! I'm reliable SIMONS customer over 5 years. Amazing/helpful staff and tailor service is outstanding! They restore my ripped snowboard jacket with exceptional quality, they have fixed one jacket sleeve and have matched second sleeve as well.

Great experience with returns. Plus fast shipping.
I ordered an area rug from their Online Only option. When I got it ended up looking way too big in my space. I had read on here that you have to pay return shipping even though they say free returns so I was a little nervous. But I went to check it out for myself and the return process was super easy, all I had to do was fill in a form and print off my pre-paid label. I already ordered the same rug in a different size. The shipping is super fast as well. Great experience.
Avoid Gift Wrapping
I've been a long time customer (for over 15 years now) and really like the quality and variety offered by Simon.
But on the other hand, there are 4 things I don't like:
1. They advertise Free Return and 100% Refund but it's not exactly true since they don't refund the shipping costs (unless they made a mistake with your order).
2. It's hard to reach an agent using their phone line 1 877 666-1840. The wait is often more than 30 minutes.
3. There are a lot of pop-up windows on their website and it's annoying. It's currently worse than ever.
4. They offer gift wrapping but the look and quality is really average. I recommend you to not use the gift wrapping option if you plan to offer an important gift.
I'm still giving 4 stars because I truely like all the brands they carry.

shipped with my package with canada post while they were on a strike? so now i won’t receive my package until canada post deems their no longer ‘indefinitely delayed’
how dare you. what insane nerve do you companies have to take money from people and then indefinitely delay their christmas gifts to their family? by sending through a disorganized and rude postal service.
i ordered specifically from a canadian company to allievate some of the stress from ordering internationally and now i just don’t think i’ll ever order anything online again because it’s the same story every single time. months late, damaged condition and companies that jus line their pockets and throw your package in some warehouse until they’re not longer “indefinitely delayed”

their online service is really bad, they say they will deliver today so I took a day off from work to wait for my package, after a full day waiting they suddenly towards the end of the day change the delivery date?? Waste of time, waste of money, do not bother ordering online from them.
Simons Cheap China wear
Simons is a Canadian company, controlled by two brothers Peter and Ricky.
This company use to house quality clothes, as for now most of it is coming from China, Pakistan, Poland.. some child labour involved ) Their shirts are bought for 8 dollars and sold at 80. Suits don't last, and their women collection are the same.
Their brand names are old collections that were not sold through previous years.
Not worth the shopping there ... even Zara or Massimo Duti makes better quality.

I love shopping at Simons online. They have an amazing selection, they're packing and shipping is great and the products arrive as stated. I usually shop in person as well, so I understand their sizes.
