Service a la clientèle vraiment mauvais, aucune assistance. Le site est très mal fait ne permet pas de vérifier le panier avant achat de déclenche la commande...a se poser la question sur les pratiques commerciales. Ne permet pas d'annuler une commande passée par erreur 5min après la validation soit disant pour des raisons de logistique mais attente pour la livraison = 1 semaine!!!!

Attention, Reitmans utilisent tous les moyens pour contourner leur garantie de remboursement lors de perte de colis… ils usent de fourberie pour décourager le client en redemandant toujours les memes informations et les memes preuves … leur but: que le client laisse tomber … Ils ont l’obligation de négocier eux meme avec l’expéditeur qu’ils ont sous contrat… mais exigent que nous fassions ces démarches inutiles car l’expéditeur n’est lié qu’avec l’entreprise…
Suite a certains moyens de pression légaux pour obtenir mon du, on me donne la bonne nouvelle qu’on me rembourse mais surprise, le montant n’était que la moitié du montant de ma commande !!! Ils essaient toujours d’arnaquer le client avec tout les genres de moyens illégaux.. aberrant !!!

I have always loved Reitmans. The Kamloops location is a beautiful store but I feel very pressured by staff and management when I shop there. I prefer to go to the Market Mall when I come to Calgary. Karen and the girls are extremely helpful and personable!

Customer Service is useless returned two items by mail with Canada Post it was signed for by them as having been received on Monday. Got an email saying they received both items. Got an email TODAY saying refund for one of two items. Both were in the same parcel customer service said sometimes they process things five days apart. This makes ZERO sense! Give me my god damn money back you scammers! A ticket also was opened the sheer incompetence of customer service is astounding.

Worst customer service experience i have ever had with a company. Will not shop with them again. They do not offer hassle free returns so shop with caution.

I shopped at Reitmans at CF Toronto Eaton Centre in Toronto. The store manager, Chloe, was extremely kind and supportive with my shopping needs.

However, I didn’t give 5 stars because one of the staff members was rude and cold when I asked some questions about discounts that the company was promoting. Chloe later found out about the situation and apologized on behalf of her staff.

Overall, I still had a great shopping experience thanks to Chloe, the store manager.

lots of great cothes

I bought two sweater dresses from Reitmans, well styled,not too cheap, not too expensive. Exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately they started pealing DURING the first wear.

Just logged in to my account and found that there is no previous information. Everything has been deleted. All previous orders as well as everything in the wishlist. When I called to find out if it was just a glitch he told me no, everything on everyone's account has been deleted. Wow. After shopping at Reitmans for many many years I will start shopping at Simons if this is how Reitmans treats their customers.

I was in Reitmans at Southgate Centre in Edmonton yesterday and met the most exceptional sales clerk named Lupita.
I have never met anyone as friendly, personable and helpful in any ladies wear store I have shopped at in the past. She has the most exuberant personality and is definitely in the right job. She should be promoted to manager at this location. Thank you Lupita for being a wonderful sales clerk!

Je l’avoue: j’ai toujours eu des préjugés à l’égard de Reitmans, que je trouvais dépassé. Or, désespérée de ne pas trouver un jean (Aritzia, Zara, Banana Republic, etc.), j’ai tenté ma chance. À ma grande surprise: vêtements actuels, grande sélection de jeans et de vêtements sport et yoga. Aussi, un service attentionné, des cabines d’essayage spacieuses et impeccables. Et surtout, la trouvaille du jean parfait, à prix très doux! Reitman est devenu incontournable.

PS: J’attribue 5 étoiles à Fatima, une
conseillère exemplaire, au Montréal Trust, pour son service personnalisé.

On December 5th I ordered a gift card from Reitmans, believing it would arrive by Christmas. The website said the gift card would arrive in 4 to 9 business days. On December 19th I called customer service and I was told the gift card had not even been mailed yet. Now at the last minute I have to make an additional trip to find an alternative gift.

Why was the website saying 4 to 9 days? Why was I not informed either when ordering or later by email the 4 to 9 day delivery was not going to happen.

Reitmans is showing a total lack of respect for customers.

I ordered gift cards.
2 weeks later, no gift cards yet.
I called and the guy I was being deliberately vague. I finally got it out of him that they hadn't even shipped yet.
I asked for a refund because the gift cards wouldn't arrive in time for xmas. They told me gift cards are final sale.

Thanks for nothing

Je n’avais pas beaucoup de temps et j’avais besoin de nouveaux morceaux pour ma garde-robe.

J’ai trouvé ce dont j’avais de besoin et j’ai eu de l’aide d’Emma qui a pris le soin de faire le tour du magasin avec moi pour me trouver des pantalons. Elle a été très à l’écoute.

Ordered Sept. 23/25, order scheduled to arrive Oct 07/25. I have ordered from China and had faster delivery, be aware of the length of time. Very disappointed order for holiday won’t arrive in time. Talked to customer service and basically they were of no help and gave me the run arounf

My order was “undetectable” for over a month. I phoned and emailed 10+ times and was told it was en route. After a month, they finally admitted the order was lost.
No part of the order was delivered but they withheld $55 from my refund and stop responding when I asked why.
NEVER going to give this company my business ever again!!!

Pire service à la clientèle. Tu essaies d'Avoir le rabais enseignants et de parler à quelqu'un et on te renvoie toujours à la même place sans répondre à tes questions. Pas capable de parler à quelqu'un. Ça dit meilleure service à la clientèle. NEVER!

I wish I could put a negative 1.. no wonder they closing some location’s I spoke to a [ customer service representative ] The worst experience I’ve had ! Please clean up your customer service staff. So very rude and very demanding . I really don’t leave a reviews, I am so piss**d off and angry !!
