Martin Omdömen

Once again a great experience ordering from silvertrader. Must be over 20 coins I've purchased now and they are very much a go-to company for me when looking to add to my collectio. Also Martin consistently has a very interesting range in stock, at competitive prices.

This is a slightly unusual review where I haven’t actually been a Silver Trader customer.
Essentially, I approached Martin with a query about a coin collection left by my late father.
This prompted a wonderful series of responses from Martin who could not be more helpful in providing advice and guidance as to the next steps I might take.
This is exceptional ‘customer’ service from a friendly and approachable man; I wish him well in his business and wish to put on record my thanks for his supportive and proactive observations.

Smooth transaction, quick turnaround, legit product, well packaged, fast delivery.

The store experience was great too, with all silver bullion coins available in one category - sortable by price. Taxes were factored into the prices, delivery was free, and checkout offered Paypal. So the whole shopping experience was just super simple, smooth, and straight forward.

The prices here seemed very competitive too, if not just outright better than some other places I've looked, which is amazing.

I highly recommend it.

Great stuff.

Another great transaction and great coins. Thanks again Martin. A+

Wish I had found this business before I had bought from the top 2 companies on google!! Fantastic service, all extras unbeknown to me till arrived were in the deal. BEST prices I have found & super customer service. What more could one ask for. Many thanks Martin

Have bought a few coins with Martin before - all in good condition, very happy.

Lost a recent purchase during the Christmas frenzy (to no fault of Martin’s). Martin offered to send a new coin as replacement and have kept good communication throughout.

All wrapped nicely and the coin is in excellent condition. Thanks Martin :)

First class silver bullion , first class delivery and packaging, all managed from a first class guy
Highly recommended

The best online retail experience ever. Martin is an honest, trustworthy gentleman whose prices are amongst the best anywhere. The customer care and all round service he provides is perfect in every way. I have been a customer for more than five years and throughout this time all transactions have been at the very highest level. I cannot speak too highly of Martin and his company.

I can't give you six stars so five will have to do!

Honest, trustworthy and customer service is outstanding. Any retailer and/or reseller, please take note of this level of service offered.

Cheers

Phil

I decided to keep hold of my silver for a little long but Martin gave me some very honest, trustworthy advice. Very friendly and knowledgeable man. Thank you Martin

Top service. I will buy again!!!!

I have dealt with Martin at Silver Trader for a number of years and it is with pleasure that I can say he is my main supplier for silver bullion.
I have literally ordered hundreds of coins from him and there has not been an issue with any of them.

The reason I order from Martin is simple, the products are as described every time.
The pricing is very competitive and usually the best around.
The service I get is second to none, nothing is ever too much trouble.
Martin is an honest and honourable gentleman, and quite frankly, if more online retailers were like Silver Trader the world would be a better place.

Thank you for good pricing and amazing service!

I have been purchasing silver from martin for over 18 months now, he is the most genuine & trustworthy silver trader i have dealt with, with his silver coins & bars at reasonable if not the lowest price around, with your discounts added at checkout, also free 1st class delivery and in most cases a capsule is supplied wether its a coin or a bar. you also receive a free magnet for testing your silver if requested, Keep up the good work martin and the service you provide is second to none. I look forward to many more purchases from you.
Kind regards
Steven.

I"ve bought from Martin a few times and always been delighted with the coins and service, some people forget these are bullion coins and as such may have the odd blemish or imperfection, if you want mint items buy proof at 3 times the price

I've been buying bullion coins from Martin for about 5 years now. If I was looking for proof quality (unblemished, no milk spots etc etc) then I'd expect to pay more obviously and may have to look elsewhere. Martin can be absolutely relied upon to a) have good availability b) keep customers informed via newsletter about future releases c) price competitively d) deliver promptly and safely, and e) communicate confirmation of order & delivery. It's such a pity that customers write a bad review in spite of their having been given excellent service and a fix for their perceived problems! A1++++++++++++++

I have been buying coins from Martin for several years now for the simple reason that his prices are always competitive and they always arrive well packaged and on time. Communication is also great. What more can you ask for?
If only more sellers were as professional as him, including The Royal Mint!!
Ignore that petty 1* review!

I have bought a number of coins from Martin over the past few years, and the only complaint I have is the possible national shortage of jiffybags caused by his fanatically careful packaging. Seriously, he is a consummate professional: returns emails usually within minutes; dispatches goods either the same day or the next dependent on time of order, and everything is fantastically well packed. I don't know how he deals with returns as I have never had to find out. His prices are extremely competitive and he stocks a very wide range of coins. I have always found him very friendly and helpful to deal with. Martin is definitely my 'go-to' for bullion.

Martin has always provided a fantastic service.
Coins are in superb condition, competitively priced, always packaged to the highest standard, and sent out very quickly.
Communication is friendly and professional.
Since finding his website, Martin is the only place I buy Silver coins from now, basically because his service is excellent and second to none. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service everytime, bought from Silver Trader for several years, prompt delivery, well packaged and competitively priced quality items. Met Martin a couple of years ago and thought him to be very genuine and knowledgeable. Would recommend Silver Trader without hesitation.
