Appalling customer service. I was sent the wrong item and complained. They offered to send a free return envelope which never arrived and then ignored all my subsequent emails.
I have ordered from them so many times and the items I receive are always amazing! Highly recommend!
Speedy delivery and great quality products. The only down side is I didn't see the special offers until after I had ordered as I originally saw the site on FB then ordered using a link from FB. As I had spent a certain amount I should have got a free item, however, it did state within the special offer that in order to get this you did have to include it in the original order therefore I didn't qualify so that was disappointing. That aside, great site, 100% my sense of humour and I will definitely be making purchases from Silly Sentiments again! Great for gift ideas or stocking fillers!

I ordered a bauble and a photo decoration in good faith and when they arrived the bauble was scratched and the photo ornament was very dark with the photo back to front. I emailed to question this and ask for replacement items and was told that I can send the bauble back for a refund but they will not do anything about the photo decoration because it states on their order page that photos will come out darker. I went through the order page and there is nothing to state the photos come out darker, but even if there is there is no excuse for the photo being the wrong way round!! They ignored this point completely and sent me a return label for the faulty bauble only. As I do not trust this company to refund me it means that I will not send it back because that would make me further out of pocket!
Avoid this company, who provide an awful service and have terrible customer services on top of that!!
Judging by the response on here from customer services, I rest my case!! My other reviews are absolutely nothing to do with you, however you have stalked my profile to try to discredit me. That says a lot more about your company than it does me. I am still waiting for a response about the faulty photo decoration, and no I do not trust your company to refund me for the product due to the fact that you are completely ignoring my queries about photo decoration. That is why I am out of pocket, again because your lack of customer service speaks volumes. And yes I do know what I am talking about because I have a strong customer service background dealing with escalated complaints, your response to my review would have led to disciplinary action in the blue chip company I worked for!!!!
Also, for the record, all I wanted in the first place was a replacement, NOT a refund. I also sent you photos and a video as proof of the faulty items!! Most companies would see the proof and provide a replacement or refund rather than expect a customer to have to trek down to a post office or parcel drop off point then wait for it to arrive at their returns department and then make the customer wait for a refund, which could then make it too late to buy a replacement item so close to Christmas!! Like I said I feel like I would not get a refund from you and so didn’t want to be out of pocket any further. Again, based on your response on here, I feel I made the right call!!

The best company around for all your filthy paraphernalia! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else now! The range is huge and the possibilities are endless with what to gift! I also love the fact you can personalise items as well! Definitely shop at silly/filthy sentiments again!
My order never came, sent numerous emails to be told my address was wrong and that if I still wanted the item I would have to pay again for it to be re posted! Terrible customer service

Ordered a mug and it was delivered damaged.
I have been trying to contact them via email as there is no contact number. Its has been a weeks now and I have had no response.
They state that they will get back to complaints within 2/3 days.
If I’d had a reply to my email, or there was a telephone number I could call I’d have probably found my experience quite funny. However, I’ve had neither so now I’m just annoyed. I ordered a personalise cushion as a Xmas for a friend…the cushion was to contain a picture of me, giving the finger, a joke for a long time friend. What I received was a cushion containing a photo of 3 people I assume they’ve purchased it for their mum. I hope and pray they didn’t get my giving their mum the finger!! You see how that could tickle a person. I emailed the day I received the wrong item and twice since, no reply! I’ve now gone to my bank to recover my money.
Update - I have had a lovely call from the owner of silly sentiments, the product has been reprinted and the charge back is being cancelled - the email went into the junk which is also being investigated. Faith restored!
Had an issue with an order, emailed twice, tried contacting through Facebook and tried calling cancellation line, still no response, happy to take your money but not happy to sort it out. My order arrived and I sent first email upon opening the order! States any issues they get back to you within 2 days and sorted within 5
Just to let you know the key rings were delivered to my Home address ( and not DoFos pet shop lol ) so thank you very much for stepping in and sorting out the delivery for me .
The key rings are of Very good quality and were a really low sale price and I look forward to handing them out to my friends that deserve them 😉.
Thanks again and when I will be back in the market for more gifts I will definitely be back in touch and I’ll scrutinise my delivery address .
