My husband got me a sorry I ruined you V chocolate for mother's Day, it was absolutely brilliant and made us all laugh 😂 the chocolate was delicious aswell and presentation was very good

Absolutely love Sillysentiments.
Wide variety of items and everything I’ve ever ordered has been great quality. I use here for gifts aswell as stuff just for me and everyone has loved them.
Only ever had 1 little hiccup, where an item was missing from my order.
Customer service was 5 stars. Replied quickly and friendly and sent my missing item straight away.
Would recommend this place 100%

Just received my item of photo glass…
Just received my item of photo glass block and it is diabolical. The picture “transfer” is unrecognisable and part faded. Waste of money and disappointing.
It is NOT the photo I uploaded. On my original photo I do not have red skin and my son does not have a blurred face!

Unfortunately, you uploaded a dark and fuzzy image, which we printed as you requested.
Our website clearly states that the best photos to upload are high quality photos, in this circumstance you uploaded a photo whereby you can barely see the faces of those in it. The photo on the glass block is exactly how it appears on the image you sent us, it does indeed have blurry faces.

Great value for money but non delivery thanks to royal mail.
Great value for money. The issue with the 5* is I don't have my product and it didn't arrive in time for the person's birthday. It's currently sat at my local post office. If you want to be a 5* company please explore other couriers.

Would give a 0 if I could ordered two valentines cards last Saturday 1st class and still haven't received the cards emailed and asked for a refund but they are refusing to refund me the money will never order from this site again!!!!!

Christmas parcel still not arrived
Ordered on 11th December for a Christmas gift as their website said would arrive before Christmas. It was despatched the next day but now it is 3rd January and still have not received it. I have emailed several times, called the number on their website 5 times (no answer) and even messaged them on instagram and have no response at all. The tracking they gave doesn’t work either so there’s no way of even tracking the parcel.

Hi Kimberley, I know we have spoken via email and rectified your issue but as customers may see this review I just wanted to go over it to provide context as we would never ignore a customer.
As you're aware Royal Mail went on strike over several days over the Xmas period, this for us meant that we had parcels arrive late or sadly not at all. With regards to your emails, we were closed over Xmas so our phone lines and emails were not being manned, on top of this your email actually went into our junk folder. Upon finding your email we contacted you straight away and issued you a full refund. It would be great if you could update your review to reflect this please. Once again we are sorry for the delay that were causing by the Christmas strikes and hopefully you'll try us again int he future ☺️

I asked for a photo of my late nana and daughter as they never got a chance to meet, the photo was old of my nana so wasn’t expecting much tbh, wow it brought a tear to my ear the photo is amazing and definitely exceeded my expectations, thank you so so much ❤️

Got an email reply saying “ 5 day delivery time plus 4 days due to Royal Mail strikes”
However I have been waiting 15 days so far

We have advertised severe delays with postage due to the Royal Mail strikes and unfortunately they has effected our orders which is completely out of our control. What a fabulous website .
Ordered some hilarious naughty personalised secrets Santa gifts z
Arrived within 4 days the quality of the items are fabulous and the price was so reasonable.
Placed another order the next day and that was delivered the same time ad the first order.
I emailed the company to say thanks for a quick delivery and great products. Was pleasantly surprised they sent a really nice thank you email back what great customer service.
100% would use again and recommend.

What a fantastic experience…
What a fantastic experience with this company.
I made an order and unfortunately due to Royal Mail strikes the order wouldn't arrive in time for the occasion despite paying for the best delivery option.
I contacted the company and was told I couldn't cancel the order as I had personalised items in the order.
After a discussion on the phone, I offered to book my own courier and have the delivery cost refunded to get the products in time.
The company were fantastic and even offered to have this dropped to a collection point on their way home!
Fantastic service, couldnt recommend anymore.
Now its down to the courier to get it to me on time.

Perfect gifts for like minded people who are not offended!! ( they also do gifts for those easily offended I believe! ) Ordering was easy and straight forward, emails kept me informed of progress and arrived quickly. Ordered a mug, and was shocked to see in one side of it a massive company logo and writing . Emailed to say I would like one without the logo, and told as there is nothing wrong with the mug, then they won’t replace it.

You have stated that we have a MASSIVE logo on the reverse of our mug, I can confirm that our mugs do have an exceptionally small logo on the back of our mug, in fact it is 13mm (that's 3mm over 1cm, which I'm sure most would agree is small) we then have the product code on the mug to ensure when mugs are being picked we send you the right mug, we make 100's of personalised mugs a day, so it's imperative they have a code on them and unfortunately we cannot print on the bases of the mugs) we are no different to any other company who brand their items.
I'd just also like to highlight we have sold tens of thousands of mugs over the years and this is the first we have ever had a complaint regarding our tiny logo on the back.
