I have ordered 5 times (blame my sister lol), I cannot put into words how good all the items are, and how Vicky has gone above and beyond on some of my requests, when she didn’t need to. I have organised multiple birthday and Xmas presents with the items and will defo be ordering some more stuff in the not so distant future xxx

So at Christmas I decided to buy lots and lots of little keyrings pens Christmas tree decorations somebody recommended the site to me a little over pricey but worth it because the keyrings and pens were funny. I bought lots and lots for a lucky dip which I was doing with work colleagues and also went back a second time and bought another great big batch of stuffafter a few weeks. A few of the key rings broke. Colleagues are told me that they were disappointed because they really like their keyrings but they had broken. I have sent two emails to the company advising them of this but no reply no response. Terrible Customer Service will definitely never buy from this company again until they reply, I will not remove this review.

So the company have just replied and as you can see it’s the most pathetic excuse I’ve ever had. How do they know the key ring has been used every day and no they did not reply to my email and no I will not buy anything from them again and I hope that this review will make everybody see what rotten company this is and never to buy anything from it. Of course they’re gonna say that no one else has complained. It wouldn’t be in their favour to say that their keyrings are so poorly made that they fall apart company is an absolute joke. If I even if I had used it every day well my friends have used them. They didn’t have a chance to use them every day cause they broke and even if they did I’m sure £2.99 keyring is supposed to last longer than two months again an absolute joke your company hope everybody sees this and I hope that nobody buys from it.

Not changing story EDITING it with your ridiculous replies so people can see what a cowboy company this is .

And by your reviews it seems a lot of people feel the same as I do that this is a cowboy company a lot of dissatisfied customer saying the Customer Services atrocious if only I’ve read the reviews before I book anything on here and the fact that you keep replying and attacking just proves what I stand that this company is a cowboy company and if I could give this company -100 stars that’s what I would do

Great quality items, thermals keep drinks piping hot for hours, insulated tumblers keep drinks cold for over 24hours. Amazing variety of products and designs available. Great deals on products and there is something for everyone. With fantastic customer service to top it off. I would highly recommend this company.

Terrible customer service,received my candle and the glass was broken,emailed them along with pictures and had the audacity to say i broke the candle because I didn’t like the smell,what a absolute insult!!
I am certainly not hard up for a poxy £20 candle-joke of a company,avoid at all costs because I will never ever use the again with there ridiculous answers to a problem.

Absolutely love this company. Very friendly staff who are very helpful. Had fast delivery on all my delivery's. There is so much verity of stuff. And there always adding new stuff to the shop. It's so good I keep coming back for more, teachers gifts, birthday gifts, Xmas gifts and gifts to cheer you up when having a low one.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery but thought it would be unlikely as it’s to close to Christmas however arrived bang on time and delivered with care.
One item was out of stock in the colour I ordered so the lovely lady called me and offered me an alternative rather than cancel my order which I thought was perfect !!
