First time buying a silencer. Shipped right to my house. Could not have been any easier.

I have been a customer of Silencer Central for several years now and have never had a bad experience. They have always been upfront, fair, and helpful when I needed it. At this time I have 6 suppressors and all purchased through Silencer Central. I do plan to buy more suppressors (if the wife lets me) and I will be going through Silencer Central.

I'm very busy I live out in the country off grid and I work from home I don't have time to go into town and do stuff so this made that process very easy being able to do it from home I'm very excited to purchase many more

I ordered a SWITCHBACK Silencer using the online process. I checked that the silencer was “in stock” and the instructions stated that it was in stock. I have waited weeks now for the Silencer. I called my dealer who instructed me to contact the seller. I just did and the item I ordered and already paid for has in fact been OUT OF STOCK for months! This is pure fraud and I will never again order or recommend to my many friends and contacts to buy from the Silencer ‘online’ store! This company is simply taking advantage of their online customers and I highly recommend- DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from Silencer Central! I am a veteran and lifetime member of every veteran’s organization in the United States. I will write a warning to millions of veterans about my experiences.

What an absolute joke. First can it took 2 weeks to get the fingerprint card, took another 2 weeks for them to get them back. ATF approval took 6 calendar days and two weeks later I am still waiting for my fully paid for and approved suppressor. Ordered a second can (because I don't learn from my mistakes) and I am 4 days in without a Form 4 submission. Their submission just fails over and over (at least 15 attempts so far). No assistance from SC, no nothing, Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

DONT DO IT. GO WITH A TRADITIONAL FFL. It will take roughly 8-10 weeks, and you have to stay on top of things with them to make sure things don't go sideways in the process.

This is my first suppressor. Everything went fine. Based on what Silencer Centrals website says I expected it to take about a month. It took two months. Not a big deal to me, but the website made it sound like I would have it at my door in less than a month. Now that I am in the system maybe it will be faster. Again, not a big deal but a point to make. For myself, if something or someone says an expected time, that means expected. It was easy! In the grand picture compared to what I heard it used to be, it was fast! I will buy from them again for sure! Thank you!

Can't imagine it going any easier. The process is what it is only because of the laws in place. SC does a great job in making it do-able.

This was my first purchase it was pretty straightforward. Step by step made it easy and I hear that the next time will be even easier. Doing it on a computer might be easier than trying to do it on a smartphone.
