I had bought a suppressor from silencer central before so all of my paperwork had been filled out. It was less than a year since I had bought my last suppressor so from start to finish I had to pick my suppressor, paid for it and filled out my paperwork and had submitted to the ATF it is now waiting for their approval. and all that took less than an hour at the kitchen table it doesn’t get any easier guys

This is my second experience purchasing from SC. The first time was seamless , a long wait time which was no fault of theirs. Customer service was excellent answering my questions and guiding me through the process.It arrived in the mail as promised.
This time the process is automated with less human contact, but someone was available when I had a question. So far I have been kept informed of every step .
I haven't received my item yet but Im confident in the process. Five stars.

The last four months I’ve gotten three suppressors and a couple of other items that were needed shipped quickly and efficiently. Every time I had to ask him on the phone about a question or concern customer service was a lot of help would definitely recommend very happy with all their service, thanks again.

I’m impressed at the smoothness in ordering and having merchandise shipped to my address. The employees that help in ordering your product and shipping are top notch. I have a barrel shipping container on the way to send my barrel back to them to be threaded for my new compressor for the 45-70.

I’ve started the process of purchasing a forth suppressor from Silencer Central (SC). I used only the internet/website to place the order on a Sunday evening. Monday morning via an email from SC, all required paper-work was initiated, approved, submitted and FINISHED within approximately one hour! My complimentary SC Tee shirt arrived within days and soon I’ll be silently sending FMJs downrange. Thank You Silencer Central!

The overall purchase experience was great, fast delivery of the fingerprint card etc, and fast processing once they had all information in hand. The biggest hangup in the process was me getting the info back to them. Will def do business with them again. Also super simple to setup the Trust.
