If I could give you 6 stars I would. This was my first weapon accessory purchase of this type and Silencer Central made it so easy, step-by-step, to complete the state and federal paperwork on their platform. So much so that my local law enforcement approved the acquisition request within one business day and my ATF paperwork approval also cleared in one business day. Not sure how typical these results are for others, but certainly this is a testament to prove whatever Silencer Central is doing here, they get it RIGHT!

I’ve purchased two suppressors now along with a few other items. Customer service has been great to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Had a very short turnaround on the last suppressor. I’ve had some issues with my cart but, that’s pretty minor. If I was to make another purchase, and I probably will, it’ll be through Silencer Central.

I made my second purchase in five years. My first purchase took 18 months to complete. This in was completed in just over 1 month. Sales advise was excellent and ensured that I bought exactly what I needed for my intended purpose. ATF processing was transparent. Communication was exceptional throughout the process. Love the titanium product! Experts and professionals throughout. I even had a followup with their superb customer service section several weeks after the suppressor arrived. Customer service was responsive, helpful, and clear in their communication. Overall, a great experience.

Customer service was phenomenal, called twice and the answered my questions immediately. Staff was very knowledgeable. Paperwork was submitted accurately and timely and everything went so smooth I ordered a second immediately. I will definitely order another when I can. Thanks Silencer central for making the process so easy. If your unsure just do it. The first one can take a little longer but after the first one the process on there end is quick.

I drove from Missouri to Sioux Falls SD to see first hand the silencers offered by SC. I was able to assess the different design types while there. While there I took advantage of federal processing requirements and purchased two suppressors. Subsequently I have purchased additional items and processed federal requirements electronically thru the Silencer Central’s electronic format. In both cases the processing was straightforward step by step. It’s quite simple! I highly recommend SC.

The only way the suppressor purchase process from Silencer Central would be easier is to buy one from your local FFL. I made my 3rd purchase last week and the ATF form approval processed in 3 days [over the weekend!] and my item moved from their South Dakota office in 2 more days. En route to my home in less than a week can't be easier unless they were in town. Emails sent for every step of the process so there's no missing a step or an item on the checklist. Can't say enough about SC processes, people and products.
