Second time having signature services Ltd out. Came on a short notice also. Just like the 1st time great Job. Quick clean and thorough. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Worst end of tenancy clean in my entire life. Cleaners were late, unprepared and didn’t have the equipment.

Paid £200 for an end of tenancy clean on May 13th 2026 that was done to a very poor standard. My wife was present throughout and had to repeatedly point out issues to the cleaner including streaky floors, streaky windows, dust everywhere and bad smells. The cleaner was using fairy liquid and a dirty cloth - not what you'd expect from a professional end of tenancy clean.

Despite raising all of this on the day, we left the property still unhappy. Their own manager admitted in writing 'the process should have been seamless' and accepted liability for the toilet and fridge.

We are now facing deposit deductions from our letting agent as a direct result of the substandard clean.

When we complained formally they claimed my wife 'approved everything on the day' which is completely false and contradicted by our WhatsApp messages. They also claim we raised issues two weeks later which is again completely false - everything was raised same day with timestamps to prove it.

They offer a 48 hour re-clean guarantee but never once offered to honour it despite us complaining on the day.

Have not received any response or resolution. Would not recommend.

Really poor service
First call sounded positive, arranged an appointment they didn’t turn up. They said they got the date wrong. Arranged to meet again then after numerous texts and calls to confirm the meeting they ghosted me.

I found this company to be unreliable. I hired them for cleaning services for my flat, but the experience was disappointing. They sent someone who was constantly on the phone during the job and left the flat in an unsatisfactory state. Additionally, their calls seem to originate from Asia (possibly Pakistan), and the address listed on their website appears to be incorrect.

What an experience! I bet that all positive reviews were bought, as it is not even verified. Booked end of tenancy cleaning, with some extras. On the day I already found it quite surprising that they finished way earlier. In the end, skirts, radiators, walls everything just untouched. Places where furniture like sofa was staying also not cleaned. I have tried to clean it myself as I needed to hand in the keys on next day. When I arrived on next day I saw more!!! Bathroom shower cabin is left not cleaned. Marks everywhere. Just crazy. I had to spend so much of time, extra money on cleaning materials, extra cost for nanny to stay with my kid so I could finish the job of this company. Offering me free re clean where I have already handed the keys to the property manager, and they had entire day to double check everything. The videos of the property I received from this company was hilarious, the cleaners were shutting the door with so much power like they hate their job. I don’t think it is appropriate to treat someone else belonging with such neglect. Trying to get a proper refund from them costed me a good evening, I’m sorry I’m not going to accept £40 refund for a cleaning that in end costed me more. Still waiting for my check out report. If I am charged, I will be taking it to FO.

Never get tricked by only 5star reviews, as it can be fake. It was a good lesson to me.

Honest reliable and an excellent job every time

Great cleaning service provided, one thing to be noted is that my house was unfurnished, so the property was completely empty when the cleaner came in, great job done. Everything was spotless even in the report, it came out well from my landlords end. Got my entire deposit back, would have given five stars but I had scheduled the cleaning for Sunday and the cleaner at the last moment cancelled and we had to reschedule for Monday and I had to make arrangements with my landlord to delay the inspection. Apart from it they did a great job, with clear communication, very good cleaner, and professionally handled.

Very disappointed with the company. Two cleaners Mark and Marie were unprofessional. They were supposed to provide an end of the tenancy cleaning and it was a disaster from start to finish. Instead of cleaning, Mark was moving furniture the whole time. He moved our VERY heavy ( not supposed to be moved) marble table and made a big scratch on the parker floor. He almost broke the table itself as well. Kitchen cupboards were half cleaned, half of them were forgotten. All in all terrible job, my husband and I had to clean for 3 extra hours after the cleaners left. Even though we were provided a partial refund it was a terrible experience. I highly recommend using a different company!
