Sigma Sports - Letchworth Omdömen 

Was not informed I had to wait until the tyres I ordered had come from the main warehouse. They couldn’t give me any they had in the shop 🤷‍♂️

I had an excellent experience with the customer service at Sigma Sports. I needed to return and exchange a bike part that I had purchased last week, right before closing time, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They handled everything professionally, were patient, and made the exchange process quick and hassle-free. Even though it was the end of the day, they took the time to ensure I got the correct part without making me feel rushed. Their outstanding customer service and professionalism really stood out. I highly recommend Sigma Sports to anyone looking for knowledgeable staff and a great shopping experience.

Kristina was extremely helpful in explaining and selecting ASSOS cycle shorts and later detailing differences between specialized roubaix and factor monza bikes.

Excellent performance by Sigma Sports. I damaged my bike five days before going away on a cycling trip and needed to replace it very quickly. Alex found exactly the model I wanted and it was at the Letchworth store two days later and ready to collect the next day. Collection was very efficient with setup checked on static rollers and it felt right straight away when I got it home. Big thanks particularly to Alex but also Ralph and the others at Letchworth that I dealt with. Highly recommended!

Really helpful staff. Robin took a lot of time to go through everything with me and options available on my purchase.

Excellent customer service from Kristina and the team. Provided options on the bikes I was interested in. When bike ordered and a few delays with suppliers etc the communication was excellent. Made a few modifications to the original bike specification and Sigma assisted in the mods and also were decent with the pricing etc. Never felt pressure and will continue to use Sigma in Letchworth even though it is an hours drive away.

I was able to have the bike checked and ready to go there and then.

You gave me a torque wrench for free.

The shop had all the brands I might have considered and a very helpful layout.

The shop was interesting rather than the dull Trek or Specialised concept stores.

Very helpful and friendly staff and order was in store next day for collection.

Excellent advice, guidance and service from Leon. I’ve got exactly the bike I wanted at a competitive price.

Kristina at Letchworth put up with me for a 10 month wait on a Cervelo frame. With all my questions answered and even chasing Cervelo for a delivery date; the experience was easy and I always felt in the loop.

The best bike shop I have encountered in 45+ years of adult cycling. Friendly, knowledgeable cycling people who go the extra mile to assist and inform regarding equipment and accessory choices. A big thanks to Carolyn at Sigma in Letchworth.

Eban and the lads in the workshop helped me out big time with a warranty issue on my groupset. Although Sigma hadn’t supplied my bike, they still dealt with my warranty claim very happily, and resolved the issue with SRAM. Excellent service, thank you.
