Top Notch Bike Guys....
The guys at Sigma Sports went the extra mile to solve the issue with my bike. Annoying brake issue on a new bike but I have turned up three times and they did everything to solve the issue. Thanks to Jonny & Sam for all your efforts.

Feels like I'm riding a brand new bike!
I'd already had a bike fit elsewhere, so I was wary of paying for another one, but I knew something still wasn't right. I've been dealing with a lower back issue that kept interrupting my triathlon training and I was starting to dread getting on the bike.
Salvatore took the time to understand what was going on and explained every adjustment as he made it. So far I've had no pain at all and feel so much more secure on the bike. He also knew I had a race coming up and got everything sorted quickly.
Salvatore is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a proper bike fit!

As I was about to go away on a short…
As I was about to go away on a short break I requested that my items that I had bought be delivered the following week. Whilst I was away I received an e-mail telling me that the goods had been despatched so I contacted Sigma Sports at Kingston and was told that there was nothing showing on the system to indicate that they had been sent and that I shouldn’t worry. I asked why I was sent the e-mail but was continually assured that they wouldn’t arrive any time soon. The following day I received another e-mail saying that my items had been delivered to a neighbour, which was very lucky as they are rarely home during weekdays.
The value of the goods was £900 so you can imagine how angry I am at this shambles! I normally find Sigma Sports to be very good so this review is based on this experience only.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the early arrival of your recent order. When you placed the order with myself in store, we clearly discussed the timeline for when you would return from your time away, and I'm really disappointed to hear that your items were shipped prior to this date.
Having looked into this, I can see that all the required information for delivery schedule was on the order, but unfortunately, an error in the dispatching process meant that as soon as the items were received into our warehouse from the supplier, they were immediately sent out to you.
While we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or disruption this early arrival may have caused, we are glad to know that the items were at least safely received by your neighbour and have now successfully reached you.
We take our delivery commitments seriously and I have reviewed this procedure to try and ensure this does not happen again in the future.

Pre World Triathlon bike problem!
I was about to travel to Pontevedra for the World Triathlon Championships and panicked about the state of my tyres so booked in for new tyres to be fitted. When the bike was in the guy responsible (Marcus?) noticed a couple of critical issues on the bike and suggested they were also fixed. Great attentive service and sent me off with less to worry about. World Championships went really well! Thanks so much!

Excellent service
Some excellent service. The shop is fantastic at Hampton, and the guy who served me when collecting my bike2work products was dedicated and professional. However, it was annoying to see that when I got home, I was charged £7 to have shoes that cost over £200 delivered to my house so I didn't have to cycle the 15 miles back to the shop to pick them up. Also annoying that they couldn't just deliver the bike2work products to my house in the first place.
However, I appreciated the free coffee, Red Bull, and samples at the shop.
I've updated this review and given 5 stars from 3 as they reached out to me, informed me they fixed their AI bot glitch so the bike2work scheme could be delivered to my home (handy for future customers), and they refunded me the delivery charge.
Sigma Sports has restored (some of) my faith in big companies; if only Garmin would follow suit.

I reviewed your initial contact with us, and I can see that our AI agent provided incorrect information regarding your cycle scheme voucher. We are able to ship these orders to you; however, it is a manual process, which we are more than happy to do for you. I have reviewed where this information was pulled from and made amendments to advise customers of the correct information going forward.
In regard to the delivery charge for your order. It is normal procedure to charge priority postage to your home address, but I think in your instance we should have waived this. I will reach out to you directly to organise refunding your postage fees.
