The screws included for use in step 6 of the model S lock are too short. There should have been a recall.

I bought a Sifely gun safe it worked fine until I sprayed windex on the outside to clean it now it won’t lock back is this supposed to be a joke buy safe to store firearm properly and it is made useless by windex high quality product here guys what a hunk of shit a paper weight now
There is nothing they could tell me to make me want another low quality product made in china ! Garbage pure Garbage !

I love my Sifely smartlock X. It was simple to install (by an 80 yr old me), great instructions. The best thing Sifely does well is customer service, fast email response, all questions answered quickly! Thank you to this company!

It worked great until it didn't. I bought 2 of these for a commercial building. I couldn't add both locks to the new app, but customer service had me use the old app for 1 lock and use the new one for the other. However, you cannot open the lock from anywhere. I can't open them from 3 miles away. I get an error saying I have to be within 2 meters. I enjoyed the fingerprint open method, but in the last couple of weeks, the light will turn green, but the door won't open. I had to switch to the combination, but that's hit or miss, too. This is very inconvenient when I have contractors in and out trying to do work. Now I'm gonna have to spend more money replacing these. Customer service is very responsive and they try their best to help, but this product is unreliable. I wish they broken down before the return window closed!

When we purchased the keypad lock this worked flawlessly. It appears Sifely may have sold the company. I don’t know if that was the beginning of all the issues. I’m purchasing a different brand and throwing this away. I installed this at an Airbnb that’s 1.5 hours away. I really liked that I could program the lock for guest from anywhere. After 7 months of usage I can no longer remotely Change codes nor delete past codes. They also created a new mobile app. I tried to switch to it but couldn’t get it to pair with gateway. I reached out to customer care and they recommended just sticking with the original mobile app. Was fantastic and now it’s just a paper weight.

I have replaced 3 of these locks. All have had issues on the touchpad not responding intermittently. They worked fine 90+% of the time but as an Airbnb host it proved too much hassle to get a call in the middle of the night that the lock would not activate when touched.The problem would self heal itself within a couple of minutes but still too much hassle.Customer service was responsive but would always have me disconnect the lock and reset it which did not solve the problem. I believe the lock has an inherit design/mfg fault that causes this intermittent problem. If this issue didn't exist I would have stayed with this brand (and purchased again) but instead I switched to Populife lock and it has been very reliable so far.

Physical key stopped working and my other door was only openable from inside as it is a slider with extra security. Sifely is a piece of junk with so many things to go wrong. Also you can not get new physical keys.

I”ve purchased 5 of these locks and installed them myself. Super easy to install and work amazingly! The only complaint is if they would have made the cable 1/2 inch longer it would be easier to plugin while installing. The gateway works well with all 5 locks and i did have to reach out to customer service once and they went over and above to solve my issue and answered very quickly. No complaints!

Worst lock and app unison I’ve experienced yet. Fingerprints worked for 3 times then wont recognize anymore. Go into app to erase all and start again and ALL operations fail. If I hear operations fail one more time I’ll lose my god damn mind. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and it’s still worthless and inoperable. Thanks for the expensive bulky hunk of junk I now have on my door. Hey why you did get the 1 star is because it actually does lock so hey, good job there 👍.

I love the function of the Sifely Lock. It was easy to install and all the functions are great!

I bought this lock for my mom and it arrived in a very timely manner and I think she’s going to love it I would highly recommend this product

Sifely smart lock was easy to install and looks great. I haven’t experienced any issues so far and the app is also easy to navigate and edit.

I received the door knob a few days later than I expected, but got it installed without any instructions. Works very well. Easy to program.

Fantastic piece of equipment! I just wish it would alert me when somebody’s coming in the door when it happens

Highly recommended! Excellent lock. Easy to setup and customer service was excellent.

I purchased the latch knob and it came within 3 days. I put it up the next day and yes the assembling was difficult. You only have a video with no details so that was a huge headache. I paid a handy man to install a door and the knob so once he did so I installed the app and the knob wouldn't turn to open the door when I unlocked. so I had to struggle to open the door. I had to take it apart to check the bolt and start over. Again it didn't work so I called sifely and all they did was ask about the bolt and that they would send another one. I'm just going to send them the entire thing back. I don't look forward to reinstalling the knob. It was difficult putting in the tiny screws in place and overall just a bad experience.

Easy to install and easy to program. I have 3 door locks, 1 dead bold, and the hub. I can lock or unlock remotely and get a notification if someone else opens my door.

This latch is life-saving product for me and my family during covid-19 we had a bunch of kids from the neighborhood walking into our kitchen pantry and sticking a dirty hands in the potato chip bags now we can safely lock the door remotely and only my wife and I can use their fingerprints to get in and out of the door this is such a wonderful product of highly recommended to so many people!
