Box received from Home Depot with secondary tape. Is it a return or poor packaging. Never again. Stick with kohler.

The toilet broke and I have sent 72+ emails to customer support with no resolution.

If I never buy something from Anzzi again it would be too soon.

They have terrible customer service. They said my part would be shipped a week ago and it's barely being shipped. I can't get the sales person Kemy Lopez to return emails or phone calls, nor their customer service department. This part I had to replace on a tankless water heater was only used 5 times. It's a new tankless water heater and the heat sensor already went out!

I received my order within 2 weeks. Box was slightly damaged but the contents were fine. We ordered the black faucet with instant heat. We realized we wanted the brushed nickel instead. I called to exchange 3 weeks ago. They have refused to allow an exchange now they asked for photos of box and items which I sent 2 weeks ago and still no response. Buyer beware of poor customer service. Btw if they take back the item there is a 20% restocking fee plus shipping which will total close to 200.00.

Shower panel was delivered by Fed ex. The box was not intact. It was secured very poorly with secondary tape During installation the contractor had to improvise to make the all parts fit properly
The order was for new item. Obviously we received an item that was probably returned. Disappointed

Their BBB rating is F and I couldn't agree more.
I ordered a $950 tub directly from their website. My contractor kept the foam ring around the top to protect it until it was installed 23 days after delivery. When it was removed a crack was discovered along the top. My contractor thinks it is a manufacturing defect since it appears to be along a seam. The company said they will not replace it. We needed to let them know of any damage within 5 days of delivery. I did not know that.
I did not see that when I ordered it or in the return section of their website. I have a brand new cracked tub. A terrible decision to purchase from them. I wasted $950

Terrible Customer Service forget it . They don’t honor their own warranty! Unbelievable

Their warranty is top-notch. I love the door I got, and I will be buying more.

I purchased a sink and I love it.

Don't buy an exhaust fan. not great engineering and rattled from the start. Had to remove the cover to the fan to stop. Fan look torked ...I reached out to customer service regarding my displeasure-cause what can you do when the fan is already up? No response. Not even "I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience."

Purchased an Anzzi clawfoot tub through Lowes back in July, when it arrived it was missing the feet. Since then, have had multiple emails chains, in addition to phone calls insuring us the feet would be sent out "that day" with nothing even being done. If I could give zero stars I would. Have already started the return to Lowe's solely due to the poor customer service from this joke of a company.

I have an Anzzi glass disk waterfall faucet. It has been leaking to the point of having to turn the water off. A simple google search says it needs a new cartridge. Guess what? Anzzi doesn't sell replacement cartridges or any other parts for their faucets! Upset, I say I could remove the glass disk and put in on another brand (because there is a matching vessel sink). They say the faucet can't be taken apart. Huh? I say that is crazy because it is not all one piece. They say maybe it's glued together, but they don't really know and they don't even have a number to call someone to ask. So, apparently, once your faucet leaks, you're supposed to throw out the faucet and matching sink and buy an entirely new set. Oh, except it matches my bathroom and they don't make this one anymore. Do not buy!!!!

We received the wrong faucet in the mail. Anzzi did replace it for the correct one, but it took a quite a few emails and back and forth to get it done. Kind of a hassle.

I've been in the construction business for more than 50 years and this has to be among the worst experiences I've had over a simple sink faucet. Ordered on 07 FEB 2024, delivered 13 FEB 2024. Checked the box to be sure all the parts were there, before I began the replacement. Found that the clamp springs for the water line attachment were missing along with an Allen wrench. Contacted customer and reported the shortage (Including their part numbers). It took until 12 MAR 2024 (and several more contacts) to finally get the correct parts. The final straw was the flexible hose assembly was several inches too long to fit the valve handles. Fortunately it was flexible enough to bend around to fit onto the valves, but required me crawling into the sink cabinet to do this. More pain than I'd be willing to go through again.

Anzzi sent me a non-working shower panel. After conversations, making videos, etc. warranty order has been created. I already spent $300 on installing that broken panel and now I should wait for the thermostatic cartridge that Anzzi promised to send to me and again hire a plumber. Terrible experience!

15+ days and no shipment confirmation, I had to email to find out where my item was! 20 days after the original purchase they just cancel the order and issued the refund.
I note, these doors are STILL availble on the website for purchase!!! Not 'Temporarily Unavailable' or 'Currently out of Stock'.
Still fuming!! Not a simple email communication or a sorry or a we will honor your sale price. Nope! Just a they are damaged, we will contact you when everything is handled and replaced. Do not have to bother reaching out to me, I will take my business elsewhere and never purchase another Anzzi product again. I would rather NOT have another round with a company who lacks simple communication skills and has all around poor business etiquette!

its been a month of purchase and still not receive doors

Stay away from this Company Anzzi, Purchased a Bathroom Vessel Faucet approx. 1 yr. and half ago and it's already leaking, Tried to contact the company on the warranty since it's lifetime, and all I keep getting is emails telling me they're checking on the registration for the warranty. Tried going online to order a new replacement cartridge and no luck finding parts for this brand, Even ANZZI doesn't sell parts for they're faucets, Called a my friend a licensed plumber and he said replace the faucet it's not worth trying to find the replacement parts. They look high quality but they're junk.
