I never received my purchase

I placed an order on March 17th which I never received. When I wanted to track my purchase, the website cloudywithlove.com no longer existed. I felt scammed. Today I received an email to give you a review for the March purchase. When I follow the link on the page, it takes me to a link with vanillahomedesigns.com, it is the same company with a new name. I really don't understand how they now send me a link to make a review, if I never received my purchase.

This is a scam don’t buy

I never received my items. They have never responded to my messages and they have removed their website and social media. Also no company with this name exists in Colorado like they claim. Do not purchase from this company. It is a scam.

Order # 1052

I placed an order with this company over 2 months ago, I have yet to receive the product I paid in full for, or even a response from this company as to where it is. Now they have completely disappeared?? This was a fake company?? How did Shopify not do the proper due diligence? They hosted this company, Meta supported their adds. This is just awful. The chair and stool I paid $600 for was for my daughter for her sweet 16.. Thanks a lot Cloudywithlove.

And now they are shutdown

And now they are shutdown. I warned them I would do everything to shut them down. Reached out to the Colorado Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, the Registered Agents they were registered with, and finally Shopify where they hosted their fake drop ship company pretending to be from Colorado.

To meet high demand from customers, we had to transport this product from the factory in Vietnam to the US via sea, which meant that shipping costs and time would increase significantly.
