I wanted to sign up for a free trial and ended up with a year subscription, and some of the recordings and sounds I doubt actually are me.

I was charged for an annual subscription when I don't use the app again. I used it via the free trial and deleted the app. I never signed up for an annual subscription. Refund my money. Your email isn't active, I have sent an email and no response.

I was charged annual fee when in signed up for free trial.
Request for refund has been rejected giving reason to contact Apple Pay.
According to apple the transaction is non refundable as per shut eye policy. Please reimburse me and I wish to raise a formal grievance regarding this abuse of vulnerable people with disabilities. Please provide any and all data which you have about me under 2018 GDPR legislation

I have had this app for 4 month and no…

I have had this app for 4 month and no new sleep stories. There are not many to begin with. Waste of money. Other sleep apps have new stories weekly. I would not recommend. There are free apps that are better. I spent my money on this and it is just awful.....very disappointed.

Not sure if this is a real app

Not sure if this is a real app. Doesn’t seem my o record prope all y. Also it doesn’t have many consistent sleep aids. Nothing I can fall asleep to anyway. The stories are really robotic. The music is really odd. The sounds are ok but nothing like you can just listen to on Spotify if you wanted.
The app Calm is 100% better than this app. I’m just gutted I didn’t turn it off in time from the free trial as now I have paid 49.99£ for the year and I didn’t even want it. I think it was only a few days and then got charged.
So annoyed with it too as was really needing a sleep app.

There should be a zero option

There should be a zero option. I thought I dumped immediately. I have emailed 4x maybe I've forgot how many times. Point is I'm still being charged. Now I got message that I will be charged again at the end of this month. I was email by enerjoy that this service was canceled and I would NOT be charged anymore money. I'm going to try calling my credit card company to ask them to stop anymore payments. Hope it works, I'm out 21.38. Plus the first payment.

This app seemed ok for a couple of…

This app seemed ok for a couple of nights, then it stopped recording properly. It kept saying I was getting 0 hours of sleep. I was having dreams so I knew this wasn’t true. When I did have a couple of bad nights of sleep, it told me I was in deep sleep. It recorded the sound of me fumbling around for my glass of water and some antihistamines and told me it was me snoring. I followed all the set up instructions to the T. There is now way of contacting customer service. I wouldn’t recommend trying it. I have canceled my 1 month subscription. I am waiting to see if they are honest or a scam like everyone on here is saying.

I signed up for the "FREE" 7 day trial. On the 7th day I cancelled it. I had ALREADY been charged for the year. I tried to contact them but the email that was provided was a false email as my hotmail account said it was undeliverable!!

Watch out for the charges you don’t want

I did like the app but it froze on me so I deleted and reinstalled. When I tried to get back in, they charged me for a year subscription of $59.99. I cancelled immediately on my iPhone but it says it’s still active for one year. I’ve gone back and forth with customer service but now I get no response. Fortunately, they didn’t get their money because I didn’t have that much in my account. Now I have to only keep a minimal amount on that card for a year to avoid them charging me. This is frustrating!!

I used this app so I could record my dreams and nightmares screaming. They told me I had slept 30 minutes and didn’t record anything of my nightmares. That’s the only reason I used this app. Being charged for no reason and they don’t answer anything. SCAM ! Do Not use this app !!!!!

Whilst in the process of registering for a free trial, WITHOUT PROVIDING MY BANK DETAILS YET, an amount for a full year subscription was deducted from my bank account! NO WAY to contact them.

Inaccurate sleep analysis

I don’t agree with the sleep analysis. Time to sleep is inaccurate. I question the time in deep sleep. I was awake most of the night and may have dozed but defiantly never hit deep sleep and the app said I had nearly 4 hours deep sleep. Seems very unlikely that a phone is intuitive enough to determine sleep stages. I got it for a year but will not renew and doubt I will use it in the future. What a disappointment.

The app seemed to have bugs

The app seemed to have bugs. The first morning a random recording started at 5:00 am and hour-1/2 before my alarm. I ended up having to turn my phone off and on. About 8 days in it stopped recording data saying I hadn’t been asleep but my “in-bed” times were recorded. Then the calendar stopped working.
I had purchased I through Apple so it was seamless to get a refund. Within 24 hours.
I did email Shuteye about the issues and they responded quickly but the issues didn’t seem be something that were quickly fixed as they were forwarded to their R&D team.
That’s why I’ve given it 3 stars - because of the response times from ShutEye and Apple.

Fully a scam do not download. Free trial does not work and you get charged £50. Apple is useless in obtaining a refund too.

Another scam

Another scam, I thought after reading the intro to the app that I was signing up to a 7 day trial with an option to then purchase the app for a year or cancel at no cost. Nope. I signed up for the "7 day free trial " at 22.00hrs and within a few hours this outfit had taken the funds from my account. When I tried to email them as they have suggested to other people who have also been misled the email address does not exist. Please be aware. Very poor outfit, just scammers out to make a quick buck or two.

App is frozen

I have been using the app to track my sleep for a couple of months but the last few days it is completely frozen. I still get a reminder to get to bed at 11PM but once I am in the app nothing happens no matter where I touch the screen. I have contacted customer service via email but not heard anything back. I am very disappointed, Sleep is so important. I do not want to lose the data I’ve accumulated to improve my sleep habits. I hope they can fix it soon.

I thought I was trying a free trial and I got charged a 12 months subscription.
I don’t like the program at all especially the meditations. . Have tried using it but find it very difficult. Last night it stopped working about 1a.m. No reason.
