Totally useless app. Last night I hardly slept as I have been unwell. Despite going to bed at 9.30pm, i was still wide awake at 1am, i had even got up a few times. However according to the app, i was asleep within 9 minutes! I got a sleep score of 100%. There have been a few times that I wasn’t sure it was accurate but last night, being awake i had proof. It even has a snore recorded when i was speaking to my sister as i called her when i couldn’t sleep. ### UPDATE: further to the response from Shuteye, I know exactly how to set up the app, it was plugged in, i used some of the functionality and pressed start so the problem was the app

Way to go to draw us in! Will never give my credit card details to an app I cannot try before you get the claws in me. BS!!

Most deceptive and unethical business. I installed the shuteye app with 7-day trial periodn on June 23, 2024. After trying about couple of hours and reading more about the app I decided to cancel and I did cancel by going to iphone settings and cancelled it. Today I was checkign my credit card bill and I see a charge of $32.39 from apple.com for this shuteye app. Even though I cancelled within hours of the app installation in the7-day trial period I still got the full 1 year charged.

I just checked at apple app store account and I see that my subscription is cancelled. So I don't have the service but I am charged the 1-year subscription charge. Just submitted a dispute with my credit card. Now I am heading to Federal Trade Commission web site to file a complaint.

Shuteye has helped me overcome severe jet lag issues; I can now maintain a healthy sleep schedule no matter where I am. Absolute game changer!

My snoring problem is solved, thanks to Shuteye's amazing white noise features.

I was a bit hesitant to pay for a sleep app at first, but Shut-Eye has delivered its value. Noticeable improvements to my sleep quality make it an absolute steal.

This company is HORRIBLE!! They stole my money! “Free” trial?! Yeah right! Give me my $59.99 back! They are fraudulent…go do a simple Google search if you don’t believe my review.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! I signed up for a 7 day “free” trial June 9th. On the 13th, the company put thru a “premium” subscription so when I canceled prior to the trial ending, it made it “ineligible” for a refund per Apple.
This company WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! And, even worse, the app is horrible.

The ShutEye App does NOT measure noise accurately, much less be able to define what each noise is.

The app advised I had sound all night long measuring at 100dbi... absolutely not happening. We have no children or pets and live in a very rural setting. Super quiet. My husband is a safety trainer and has the appropriate sound meter(s) which measured noise level at max of 50 dbi at a variety of times as cited on the app in the various "recordings".

It seemed like a useable app when I first started using it. However, as I progressed with using the app and data was accumulating so was my angst and concern. I took a step back to review the "data" and found the "basis" for what is called data is inaccurate and inconclusive at best. So, then I started the problem solving process to determine practices used in the recording process to make sure I understood how the sounds/data was collected. No information abailable.Honestly...the articles on sleep matters, sleep aids, etc. are available in other utilities.

Do yourself a favor and just don't use the app.
