Sehr geehrtes Support-Team,

ich habe Ihre Schlaf-App kürzlich installiert, da diese eine 7-tägige Testversion mit einer Geld-zurück-Garantie angeboten hat. Leider wurde mir jedoch direkt der Betrag von 66,99 € vollständig abgebucht.

Da ich davon ausging, die App zunächst für sieben Tage kostenlos testen zu können, möchte ich von der Geld-zurück-Garantie Gebrauch machen und fordere eine vollständige Rückerstattung des abgebuchten Betrags.

Sollte dies nicht zeitnah geschehen, werde ich rechtliche Schritte in Erwägung ziehen und meinen Anwalt kontaktieren.

Ich danke Ihnen für Ihre Unterstützung und hoffe auf eine schnelle Lösung. Bei Bedarf kann ich Ihnen alle erforderlichen Informationen oder Belege zur Verfügung stellen.

App stop recording and bad info

Bought the app on my dentist's recommendation for my sleep apnea. The info is good when available but, regularly, the app stop recording after exactly 30 minutes each time. The phone is always charging and it happened 3 x times. Have used daily since mid September. In addition, the app show a very short duration of sleep when in fact, I waked up fully energized. Something is wrong

I signed up for the 7 day free trial at 11 pm on October 24, 2024. I received a notice from my bank that this company took $29.99 out of my account at 12:05 on October 25, 2024. There was not even an account that you could purchase for $29.99. Do not get fooled by this company like I did! Needless to say I canceled my account. I really do not think that it works anyway!

I wish I could give a 000. I heard from SHUTEYE! Now haven’t heard since Friday. It’s now Tuesday!!! They offered a refund of 30-40 percent less than the $59.99 for a product I NEVER USED! INFURIAT

I wish I could give a -10. I’ve NEVER used the app. An 8 year old who used my tablet to do school work APPARENTLY signed up. IMMEDIATELY when I saw the charge I disputed it with my card.
Shut eye charged me AGAIN!!! I’m furious with this company! I’ve NEVER used it, nor will I HOWEVER I do want my money back!!! It’s insane companies do this to people do NOT want their service! STAT AWAY!!!! Use Calm!!!

I have 2 issues with this app

I have 2 issues with this app. If you know you have medical issues getting to and staying asleep it berates you and makes you feel like you're about to drop dead. I have a medical issue sleeping, and for me to achieve a 68 percent score is pretty good, but not for ShutEye it isn't. It will give me a lecture and make me feel like rubbish, which makes it harder for me to fall asleep!

It also misclassifies a lot of sounds, as has been noted by other reviewers here.

This app is a scam

This app is a scam! It charges $60 and the data gets lost every morning. I had the app for 2 weeks and most of my data is gone. I only saw results when I first checked it getting up but when I went back it said "some data is lost." What's the point of the app if I can't show my doctor! They do NOT give refunds for their inaccurate information.

Read many of the reviews from Trustpilot and Reddit, such a shame to conduct business like ShutEye team (Enerjoy Pte. Ltd.). Charged annual premium when you sign up for the free trial, and get no response of refund request. The performance is also terrible, do not be allured by the features, conflict data and useless suggestion. This is my first ever BAD review for apple app.

I ordered a free trial of 7 days…

I ordered a free trial of 7 days because I sleep with a fan and didn’t know if it would work. Then things start bouncing because I didn’t have the $39.99 which is a full year. I’ve emailed them twice and have gotten 0 replies. I will definitely not be using the app even though I’m paying for a year and I will put in a bad review everywhere I can. DO NOT USE !!!!!!
