The branch is not even worthy of any…
The branch is not even worthy of any stars, i have been very ill for the past 2 years now and had multiple stay in hospital. While I was admitted in to hospital, I have been harassed by the members of this branch with multiple phone call and threats one after the other within seconds not mins not days. Then I get told that everyone one of their customers is sick. Show you how much they care, I have serval emails from the branch and some one else on gmail account has been copied in and when questioned it I was told they want evidence so sent them screen shots and then I was told to come in to the branch, I explained that iam in hospital you can visit me here but I can't come there. I offered to pay my arrears but they refused to send me the link to pay or bank details said I have to go the branch.
I have asked them so may time to speak to an area manager or customer services but keep getting brushed off, and I can't find a customer services number to call just the branch
NOW THEY WANT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION FIRST THEY HARRAS ME THEN THEY SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH SOME ELSE I DONT KNOW AND WITH OUT MY PERMISSION.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY NO CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND NO RESPECT FOR HUMAN LIFE OR YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

I had used Shurgard years ago and had a good experience with them . So decided to use them agin this time around. Everything went smoothly from booking the unit to arriving at the unit. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
