One suggestion to SEG, you should give incentives to those who leave reviews. I was a little disappointed that the reviews were few and many were over five years old!

Be careful with group bookings
Be careful with group bookings. The company is not very concerned about getting people on the same excursion, when booked separately. There is a lack of coordination with other organizations and a sense of indifference for getting people together. They booked me on a different excursion than my extended family despite two family members calling a getting confirmation that we were booked together. When we did not board the separate excursion, we were denied a refund.

Very disappointing and misleading…
Very disappointing and misleading experience. I booked this 6.5-hour excursion because the website’s written description and photographs advertised swimming at Rhenia Island and lunch. However, our actual excursion ran only from approximately 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, and neither the advertised swimming experience nor lunch was provided.
Instead, we were dropped off for a Delos tour and had to pay an additional €100 for entrance tickets, despite already having paid for the excursion. The experience we received was substantially different from the one advertised and was not what I agreed to purchase.
When I complained, the company refused to accept proper responsibility or provide a satisfactory resolution. Customers should be able to rely on the photographs, itinerary and inclusions displayed on a company’s booking page. Had I known that there would be no swimming, no lunch and extra costs, I would never have booked this tour.
I cannot recommend Shore Excursions Group based on this experience. Please carefully confirm every advertised inclusion in writing before booking.

This place was recommended by a cruise you tuber I follow. I booked two excursions and then found out I have to WAIT 2-3 days for an emailed ticket. Then I am required to PRINT the tickets. and then having to PRINT your ticket. Let me say this method is a very outdated and very inconvenient. I am currently on a cruise and I have to figure out how to get the tickets for 2 excursions printed. 1 excursion has yet to send me the tickets! I don’t like the delay on getting the tickets and having to print them like it’s 1995.

You may use electronic tickets that are emailed to showcase to your tour guide upon your arrival for your experience. However, we require all guests to print a hard copy of ticketing, as there have been many instances where customers are unable to showcase their electronic ticketing due to data limitations of their wireless carrier.
Printing physical copies of ticketing circumvents this particular anomaly and allows customers to provide proof of purchase for their reservations, so they can be redeemed successfully and seamlessly.
