Vekto Omdömen

I'd never heard of the brand before but the reviews were pretty good so took a chance. All seems to be pretty good. I've only used it once but it did everything i needed. Its quite lightweight, which is what I wanted so its easy to carry upstairs. Picked up as it should and was easy to empty. All round I'm pleased with it.

Excellent communication and the vacuum is amazing wish id bought it sooner

Laite on minun mielestä mukavan kevyehkö. Säädöt on helppoja.

VERY MISLEADING ADVERTISING – BUYERS BEWARE!

I genuinely believe this vacuum cleaner is being marketed through a highly misleading advertising campaign. DO NOT BE FOOLED!

The Vekto V18 appears to be a rebranded, generic vacuum cleaner, similar to models available on Temu, Amazon and AliExpress for around £30–£40, yet it’s being sold at a considerably higher price.

THE CUSTOMER REVIEWS ARE EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS!

Take a close look at the customer photographs on their website. The vacuum cleaner looks virtually identical in every picture, with remarkably consistent lighting and positioning. I strongly suspect the images, including the people are all AI-generated.

The written reviews are equally questionable. I’ve found virtually identical testimonials appearing under different customer names and locations on international versions of the website!

THE SUPPOSED INDEPENDENT REVIEWS ARE ANOTHER HUGE RED FLAG!

The website being presented as a Which? review is NOT the official Which? website. I couldn’t find any evidence that the genuine Which? organisation has tested or recommended this vacuum cleaner.

Then there’s Test Council, another supposedly independent review website promoting the Vekto V18 as a top-performing vacuum.

This website was only registered in September 2026, yet presents itself as an established product-testing authority. Its independence and credibility are highly questionable.

Even more concerning, its review claims the vacuum was purchased from a website before that website’s domain was registered!

HOW CAN ANYONE TRUST THESE REVIEWS

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Unfortunately, Trustpilot requires a minimum of one.

MY ADVICE: DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS. DON’T BE TAKEN IN BY PROFESSIONAL-LOOKING WEBSITES AND QUESTIONABLE FIVE-STAR REVIEWS!

Great little vacuum. So far so good. The light on the front is a great addition.
It's picking up the dust and dirt well, we have got the builders doing work so it's being put through its paces.

So far, and it has only been a few days, the vacuum is working well. Plenty of power, not heavy and performs better than we expected. I have not had cause to use any of the attachments yet, but they appear fine. Contact me in a couple of weeks, I will have better idea of the vacuums performance.

Montag bestellt, Freitag geliefert. Keine Rechnung dabei, trotz zusätzlicher Garantie. Keine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung.

Zustellung, Aufbau, Handling super.

I am disabled and couldn’t hoover for myself. I wanted a hoover that was light and easy to manoeuvre. Which I got with VECTO. Today was the first time I could do it myself. I was so pleased.😌

Light, manoeuvrable, suction levels work well and empties easily.
So far so good, with most accessories yet to be used - our expectations are high.
