Bad customer relations, late delivery, say Sale but it’s just same products, no new products, same sale price. Looks like the company has no development and getting rid of what they have. Very disappointing for what are good products.

Sceptical Innitially But Glad I Buy them
Initial a bit sceptical on the products as I weight 87kg, so to find a pants that fit nicely is a headache to me. But after trying, it fits perfectly, they don't pay me to write this but now I am thinking of paying them to send me few more of the long pants.

Very high quality material, I would love to get another pair but unfortunately it only comes with 2 colours

Bad experience when re-purchased their Aero Tee (black). Unfortunately, its not the same quality and fitting as previous. New tee material way thinner, even in black can see through. Cutting size for XL shrunk, sleeves are much shorter and cutting more body fit. Honestly, the shirt feels like something you pay Rm15 at a night market.

Return & exchange
I had a rather challenging return & exchange experience. Despite sending back two items for size exchange, only one item was returned to me. It took much effort and multiple email exchanges over a month. However, I appreciate that Thousand Miles had continue to look into the matter further and managed to finally locate the remaining item and mailed to me. Overall it wasn’t a great experience but I’m glad it was resolved.

First and foremost, we would like to extend our heartfelt apologies for any inconvenience caused. Usually for cases like this, we will obtain the return parcel's weight from the customer so that we are able to assess how many items were included in the return parcel.
To further assess your case, we've conducted a third check to locate one of your return items that was not found in your return parcel. A thorough stock checking was conducted and your return item was found.
We have now issued another exchange order containing the other return item. You should be receiving a separate email pertaining this order.

Pertaining you order, we've investigated regarding it with the courier and the courier has declared the parcel as lost. Should parcels be declared lost, we will issue a replacement for our customers. However, we require customers to fill up the Denial of Receipt form from the courier.
Unfortunately, the email we sent to you on 9th March containing the Denial of Receipt form was not responded to or filled up. Hence, we were unable to proceed with the claim and replacement.
