Appalling treatment by this company - paid nearly £100 for a trip. Bus left without me even though I had informed the company the night before that I was unable to get there at the revised pick up time which was originally booked for 9 am but was changed the night before to 8 am. Although I told them I could not get there until 9 am as booked and heard nothing more from them until the next morning when it was too late, they refused to rebook me on another day nor to provide me with a refund of any kind. Beware when booking with this company since they charge a premium price for a very poor service. Even though I had confirmed twice that I could not make it till 9 am as booked, they still would not provide me with an alternative booking or a refund.

The company helped us with a last minute trip to the saltmines too when our Auschwitz trip was cancelled by another company! This was also a really great day and was all well organised

A great journey to Zakopane with Marco. Everything was so well organised and lighthearted. Finished with thermal pools which was great after many days walking in Krakow. Highly recommend.

Since this was a last order with them closing down, they sent a damaged product where the package already had mentioned regarding the return. Pathetic service but guess they escape since they are closing.

Ordered on mid April and they only shipped out my orders on mid May after I sent inquiries 3 times.

Delivery was fast. Like the Adaptive Urban pants but there is a bigger issue. The drawstring tends to slip into the inner opening (after washing) and makes it very inconvenient to pinch it out. Really bad in terms of the design. Such a waste with your emphasis on the material and flexibility while the design was not as good as it seems for the retail premium price.

Quality are good for me, but the previous black colour are better then now. Just bought Black All Day Pants and I compare with my previous All Day Pants. Clearly the colour more light then previous one. Hope the production produce old Black colour coz the new one look like a "lusuh".

Ik heb de bagageband besteld met de adreslables. Er zat geen gebruiksaanwijzing bij of een briefje met een vermelding waar ik die dan elders kon vinden. Afijn, hoe moeilijk zal het zijn? Dus ik ging de code instellen. Helaas zit de band nu op slot en ik krijg hem met geen mogelijkheid open. Ik heb geappt en kreeg als reactie dat ik dat zélf gedaan had...Ik zei dat ik er zo niks aan had. Ik moest de achterkant openmaken en kijken of ik daar de code kon achterhalen. Nou niet dus!! Weer geappt ze kunnen niets voor me doen. Oh ja ik kon een code krijgen met 30% korting op een volgende bestelling. Super klantvriendelijk!!! Ik koop niks meer bij jullie en ik ontvolg jullie ook op insta. En bedankt voor de service

Refuse exchanges and refunds. Their sizing is also Chinese sizes, which means a regular L in any other brand is at least a 3XL in theirs

I'm a thousand miles fan and love their pants. I have bought from them many times without any issues, as such I've trusted their quality of service. This time I've decided to try their Adaptiv Urban Pants and I bought 3. All same sizes. However, one of the pants, the size is about an inch smaller at the waist. And another one, they've sent the Adaptiv Pants instead of Adaptive urban pants.

Due to my trust, i've cut the tags off before trying it on, so am not eligible for returns/exchange. Too bad, my fault. Trust, but verify next time.

All in all, I still love their pants. Very comfortable.

I bought 2 pairs of the All Day Pants in black. First time I've bought from Thousand Miles. Size is true to size. I am waist size 34" and bought the L size, which fits perfectly. Length and in-seam fit are really good. I also like the feeling of the material. My only concern is if it will retain static charge as we live in a particularly dry climate, something I experience with some of my polyester clothing. But overall, based on the comfort and fit, I think it does live up to the name of All Day Pants. Comfortable and stretchy enough to do most activities and not feel discomfort anywhere.

Advertised products are not true to actual colours. Then refusing to exchange is pathetic. The sooner you go broke the better.

The materials, cuttings and styling is excellent. I’ve bought almost everything that they offered. The only issue I have is the limited colours to choose from. Other than that it’s all good.

I fell in love with my 1st adaptive pants, that i bought few more colours. Now i dont wear any other than thousand miles! Its a game changer.

I've bought 3 pants in a promotion after 2 days, price has reduced $10 each item (It's still in the same promotion). This is so wrong.

Loved their clothes but the recent purchase of the crimson red aero tee was a real bummer, washed according to instructions but the colour runs like crazy, stained my other new clothes, still runs after second wash.. could be just the red dye, the other colours are fine.
