AVOID buying from Thousand Miles…
AVOID buying from Thousand Miles (Malaysia) at all costs! They sent me my pants quickly enough, but the sizing was completely wrong and way to big. I opted for an exchange to a smaller size. I returned the item directly to them but no response was received and customer services was super blur. After a month of chasing and complaints, they finally admitted that they did not have stock, so i asked for a refund. They gave me a refund but not the full amount I paid, and went on to argue that I paid less than I actually did. I had to show them a transaction record of how much I paid. This is THE MOST HORRENDOUS ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT USE THEM OR BUY FROM THEM!

Broken snap button but was resolved quickly
I purchased 5 pairs of trousers. 1 pair has a broken snap button on the waist. I contacted helloATthousandmilesco.com and the issue was resolved quickly in less than 24 hours. They will be sending me a replacement FOC. For that I am so thankful. What a turnaround!

DON'T GET THESE CLOTHES IF YOU HAVE PETS! They collect pet hair like crazy and it's difficult to get it off. I will not be wearing these clothes outside of the house sadly.

Opt for Exchange due to size not true
Opt for Exchange due to size not true, asked for help but no one responded. opt for XL which is too big. guess need to donate out as big and long.
As someone mentioned at the comment , i had the same experience they are mailing someone returned package. Pants is crumple and poorly pack and tag.

Disappointed
Unless you’re over 6 feet height, these pants won’t give you the ankle high look that they advertise!
These pants only come with 28” inseam….doesn’t matter if you choose S or L or XL, which is ridiculous !!
You surely can’t expect everyone with different height and size to fit in same size inseam !!!
Also, I had to change size and when the exchange item came..they came with no sealable bag that these items originally comes…one of them didn’t even have original tag on… it felt like they just grabbed someone else’s return items and chucked in a bin bag and send them to me …!!!
Utterly disappointed …

I received the pants with broken zip…
I received the pants with broken zip button, very disappointed with the quality control. In term of size, I m 171cm tall and 68kg, the size S fits me well for both pants n tshirt.
