I’d like to rate the product but I ordered it 13 days ago and it still hasn’t left the state. Products say they’ll ship within 48 hours. I got the email 12 days after I purchased it saying it’s on the way and it’ll be 7-10 days. I don’t think it’s reasonable to have to wait 19-22 days for something to ship from CA to IL.

Great customer experience. I got few products off them so far. While the last one was faulty, my query was handled professionally and super quick. I got my refund and all good. Love the shorts. Light materials and comfy.

The Chino pants that I purchased from them fit me perfectly, and I must say that they are incredibly comfortable to wear. What's more, they can be dressed up for formal occasions or dressed down for a casual look, making them versatile and practical.

I was also pleased with the prompt delivery of my order, and the follow-up was excellent.

Made an order on the 7th March, got it on the 10th. I mean if that’s not impressive, i dont know what is.

Even better, accidentally chose L instead of M. Emailed them, got a response in a jiffy stating they rectified my order.

The clothes are stylish but practical too ideal for travel and holidays take hardly any room in a travel bag brilliant loved the sales but everyone loves a bargain 😂keep up the great standards

Comfortable and light to wear, loving it !

Great products, have now had shorts, day pants and trousers and find them hard wearing and good looking throughout the day. Perfect for travel being both lightweight and crease free in minutes. Full price is on the high side but you soon realise it’s a quality, long lasting product that can be used again and again. Shirt/jacket sizes would be good if they could go up a size. Overall really enjoy the products.

The cargo pants arr stretchable and fits well, but it has this shiny effect to it that I'm not a big fan of.

I recently made an order and paid for priority shipping to ensure timely delivery. However, the package was sent via regular airmail (surely not worth the 24$ I paid for shipping) and was delivered to the wrong city. Before even arriving to my country, the tracking showed delivery details for a different city and zip code, despite me entering my address correctly.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of effort from Olivia, the customer service rep. to help me resolve the issue. She suggested that I travel to that city to pick up the package (a 40 min. drive to each direction), which was simply not feasible for me. She also asked if I have friends/relatives in that city and if they could help pick up the package for me. She also asked me to contact the courier, which I did but they could not offer any assistance as the delivery address was wrong to begin with.

When I requested a refund, she replied that because the package was already shipped, she cannot issue a refund.

Well, this is absurd. It's their fault for sending the package to the wrong address, yet they expect me to go through hoops to receive the package. Well, I don't recall I'm working for them.

As a paying customer (or hostage for this matter because they won't refund nor send a new order instead), I expect to receive the service that I paid for. Unfortunately, my experience with Thousand Miles fell short of my expectations. I would caution other customers from making a purchase with them.

I've bought Shorts (x3 ) / T-shirts (x3)/ Chinos (x3) and "all day pants" (x2) from this outlet and have been impressed and happy with all - the all-day Chinos in particular are a hard wearing but extremely comfortable trouser which I use for work and also for travel - after a 20 hour plane / train journey they still look (and feel) great. The standard 28" leg all day pant leaves rather more of my ankle open to the air than ideal (so I use this as a sports / cycling trouser) but the 32" option is ideal. After 3 years the shorts (my first purchase) all look pristine - even managed to wash paint out of one pair without a problem!
Regular pricing isn't cheap (but worth it) and they have periodic great value sales events which are worth looking out for

My all day pants and shorts just arrived in the mail, and i'm very satisfied overall with the fit and length of the pants and shorts. I haven't worn them out yet, but its 🔥 so far.

These pants are amazing, once you try them on you wont want to take them off. The material is amazing and very comfortable.

Nice joggers but right pocket sewed against seam inside so pocket virtually unusable
