Friendly and Responsive
Customer service was great overall. It was a little difficult to get in contact with someone at first since I had to leave a voicemail to activate Shopmonkey Payments, but once I got in touch with the staff, they were quick to respond, friendly, and very helpful.

Kannan was a great help in guiding me through the process. I was honest with him about what my goals were and he found a way to make it make sense for us. He was able to explain the more in depth functions of the product since I had done a fair bit of research on the product before our call. Furthermore he worked around my ever changing schedule and stayed in front of it, always adjusting. Great experience so far!

Payouts are to long.
It does the job.
They hold your money to long and the reports are hard to work.
QuickBooks has good reporting and sends you a report of what money will be deposited and it all in a next day pay out.
I feel things are better but not what they should be. When I used quickbooks they will get your money to you the next day up to 5pm the day before. It is hit and miss for Shop Monkey.
I do feel the software is good and for the cost it is fare. We can improve.
