My pressure washer dies after 2 years…
My pressure washer dies after 2 years and since I've extended warranty, they sent me a replacement but it was a different model. However, they sent me a defective unit and I do not have any pressure washer.

Refund under warranty
The refund under the warranty was quick and efficent. The only hiccup was the return funds being labeled in US$ not Cdn.
Some companies will not accept pre-paid VISA cards.

Customer service is greatly lacking
Customer service is greatly lacking. AI could not assist in fixing my issue so I was moved to a live agent. Waited 20+ minutes and line was disconnected. Went through AI again and asked for live agent but had to repeat my issue to move on; Waited 20+ minutes and was disconnected again. Spoke with live agent who was emailing a video to me which I never received.

When I finally got to a real person it was great support.
When I finally got to a real person I received outstanding support. It was difficult, though, to get the robot who answered my call to understand that I REALLY NEEDED to talk to a real person. Marichu went the extra mile -- sending me an email the day after I talked to her -- to help me find some parts I needed for my lawn mower. I'd rate the robot 2 stars and Marichu 5 stars!

Part 2 of our experience with SunJoe Support
This is more or less part 2 or a follow up to a prior review. Our SunJoe Wood Chipper/Shredder froze up and smoke came out of the back. We messed around with it for a day or two and then called the TroubleShooting number listed in the Instruction Manual. The person didn't troubleshoot so much as gather more info so she could send me a questionnaire via email to fill out listing everything from the size of the power cord I used to photos of my chipper from different angles. It pays to be nice and also to be thorough. I answered everything and sent the photos. I did wait a few days and kept getting asked to fill out several customer service surveys. Then they called and explained step-by-step all of the things they determined from my lengthy explanation. We deduced that the unit was probably burned up due to any of several things I may or may not have done and they offered to give me a nice discount on a new machine along with extra instructions on proper storage, correct electrical cords, and how to best fix a stick or anything that stops up the motor from turning. I am extremely happy with the care and support we received from SunJoe. I can't wait for the new chipper to get here as remnants of a hurricane are about to hit and it's autumn here in Tennessee so we have lots of chipping and shredding to do. Natasha was our point person and she was extremely helpful.

3 malfunctioning oscillating sprinklers
I liked that 1 of my 3 sprinklers lasted for 5 years.But then the nozzel blew out. The other 2 began spraying water all over from the nozzels & I had purchased them at Lowe's or online but could not find receipts. I was asked by your cust service agent what the model #'s were & they are not anywhere on the product. a lawn maintenance person said the model #'s are not there. I don't know if that would have made a difference or not but if y'all think they're on the items then they should be. Anyway, a new O ring fixed one but I now have to get 2 new ones. I had paid more because they are metal & thought they would last a long time,

Resolution of a broken part

I have purchased in Canada from "Awuajoe" their Fiberjacket, 50' 5/8" hose.
Great product, light weight, easy rolling...
It did developed a leaking issue, but the support was fast to resolve to my complete satisfaction.
