Communication with customer service was easy. My problem was addressed and resolved quickly.

My item broke so I was given partial store credit. That was barely enough to cover half the cost even though the item was much cheaper on Amazon but i wanted to use my credit. Come to find out i also had to pay a ridiculous amount for shippjng and its been a week and the product is still not here. Customer service is not helpful and didn't offer a good solution. I have so many of these joe products but never again. I will tell everyone the same not to bother and just buy from Amazon and avoid shipping fees and get better products

They were so good in helping me get a replacement. I was looking for just a pice that stopped working but they offer to exchange it.

Listened to my problem and then took care of it.

Purchased a product with a 2 year warranty that failed in 6 months. Contacted Sun Joe, made a warranty claim and never heard back from them. To not honor a 2 year warranty on a $200 product that only lasted 6 months shows terrible faith on behalf of "Shopjoe"/Sun Joe.

Over all I am very impressed with the after-service. The unit came with a missing part. After some procedures which asked me to identify the missing part, they told me the part is not available now. Alternatively, they sent me a new unit for replacement! During the process, I would like to mention that the representative " Rose Lynn Ann Irea " have been very nice and helpful which make me even more impressive!

This is the worst company I have ever had dealing with. I have a part missing from my tiller no one will help me.A part is missing from my pictures and I get the same answer each time. I have reported you to HSN and they say sorry get the company.What a waste of money you guys are. Never again and several friendas have said the same.

Never purchase something from here

First, I love my battery powered De-thatcher.
Second, I love the customer support I received when it developed a problem due to my neglect.
Third, I love the concern shown and speed in which the problem was resolved.
It's a great machine from a great company.

The Battery for the blower. I cannot get out of the blower. It is way too hard to take out. Are you sure you sent me the right battery? The answering service kept me on hold for a long time. I did not like dealing with your service.

Aside from a great product (I had my first SunJoe for over 10 years) the trouble-shooting via AI was spot on and helped me get it up and running again. (My error - not the machine).

1-Difficult to reach a representative.
2-You have to go through many hoops to get anywhere with the virtual assistant.
3-I was put on hold, and after 20 minutes, was told no assistant was available, and the call ended.
4-I have not received a replacement for my Sno-Joe, and it's been 6 months. I was told there were none available at this time!!!!! REALLY?????
5-I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We could get snow any day!

Bad customer service, I called in regard my order return in several time, AI Chart checked my order information, onward forward to customer service team check again, I spend over 30 minitues waiting, your team member says will send return label to me, however I didn't received over 3 days. I contact your customer service again in several time, same stage, I wait over 30 minutes no answer and the line hang up. WHAT'S ELSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO RESPONESE
