Other than me being notified by shop2ship one week after my parcel arrived in the warehouse, i found their service to be great. Definately a necessary service in these COVID times.

Everything you sell is off good quality and affordable but your shipping fee to South Africa is way expensive imagine having to buy something for R1000 and the shipping fee becomes R2000. That's quite too much honestly i know i lot of people who wish to purchase from you guys but when they think of shipping fee to opt out

I was hit with a 450 dollar customs charge even though that was supposed to be covered in my ship-forwarding service charge. After trying to contact some sort of customer service, of course they said there’s nothing they can do for me. Will never use any service from this company again. There a many alternatives with much more transparent business models.

I have used them for close on two years now. I have never experienced a problem. Everything arrives as it should and everything is shipped to me as it should. Very happy with the service, will continue to use them. Thank you,

Good service

Shop2ship is an excellent example of reliable and safe service. They are always ready to help and open for cooperation. More than once their support service helped me to minimize the expensise, also when it was my mistake.

Would like to see S2S reply to customer questions and inquires more consistently, in a timely manner and with a little more empathy when issues and concerns arise.

Extremely disappointing service. Sent multiple support requests, and it’s been already an year and till date they haven’t bothered to respond to my queries.

The online estimate was more than 100% out. Even after raising this with me, the online estimate did not reflect the increased charges. It looks and feels like a scam. PayPal was not an option to pay the extra money extorted from me. A receipt could not even be offered for it. The more I think about it the more it looks like a scam.

It took so long to get answers you charged me a storage fee.

Communication is poor online a user has no idea what is happening with their goods.

Do NOT use this company to ship your goods. Their customer service is beyond bad and when you are wanting answers for a shipment or articles that go missing or basically anything...they are so hard to get hold of. You will waste hours sending off emails and messages to them and then when/if they do choose to reply, it will be a standard generated message which is useless. It is almost scam-like in my opinion. Avoid.

Shop2Ship is an excellent forwarding service. The support is also very reactive and the shipping and processing time are very quick. I strongly recommend it!

I like the service always on time and friendly.

I am using the app for the 1st time and I am not being able to ship the goods due to an error when trying to make the credit card payment. I have sent 2 email already without a response and it is becoming anoying.
