I hope they could come back. I never had experience using them. They are fast and reliable. I can refer them to many people bringing goods to Nigeria or any other countries. I hope they come back asap 😢😢😢
I received a few items in my package...and i filed a claim and they assited with my package and showed me pictures of what was initially received. In the end, it was the seller who didn't ship enough items. In the end I got a replacement. Thank you customer service.
As other comments says, some items go missing during consolidation ($225 worth of product disappeared), and they dispose boxes without any notice ($400 worth of product). I say it again, they throw away your boxes WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.
Hard to communicate with as they are very stubborn.
After insisting 2 months and a ton of emails, they finally refunded me.
Their shipping price is actually double of what they pay (I discovered this when I had to deal with customs, the real shipping price was half of what Shop2ship charged me).
So I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND Shop2Ship, better options out there..
Chat support take forever to chat to a representative. Give it 3-6hours waiting time. And they use large box even if the item is small in order for them to charge you big. i paid $120 for 6lbs item because they use large box and refuse to used small box.Dont trust this company they will scam you big time.

I have been using Shop2Ship for the past couple of years, all I have to say about this company is that they are excellent I’m very happy with their service and their shipping rates are pretty fair considering their competitors is still very competitive! I am a happy customer I will continue using Shop2Ship

Nicked my parcel worth £180 tried saying I had it in my locker for 60 days so they disposed of it, then realised I hadn't then blamed it on ups for losing it. All they say is your items been delivered but shop2ship have taken it out as even the tape hadn't been tampered with straight from the warehouse. Parcels seem to go missing when you consolidate you items, its just an easy way for them to take your items just have a look and read the reviews before you use them wish I had of now, absolute scum and dont give a monkeys unfortunately nothing you can do

Shop2ship is a reliable forwarding company since I started with them. I would have given them 5 stars, but had to give them 4 stars because I had a little issues in regards to some items that was misplaced in their warehouse and I had to purchase these items again. That's the only issues I have had so far, but other then that, they are great.

I'm from Montreal, Canada! My youNg daughter sold her cell phone to somebody in the US. Unfortunately she was victim of a fraud and she didn't wait for the money tranSfer to ship the cell phone. Needless to say that no money was transfered! A quick Google search with the shipping adress brought me to the Shop2Ship website. I decide to take a chance and contact them explaining the situation. They helped me by intercepting the package and guided me through the process to have the package shipped back to me. I didn't tell my daughter and she had the surprise of her life when DHL knocked at our door with the famous package! Thank you very much to you all at Shop2Ship. God bless and stay safe!

Extremely high prices, avoid.
Wanted $79 to ship ONE medium parcel to the UK that weighs less than 6LB. Asked them months ago to dispose of it so I don't pay their holding charges and they haven't bothered to do it. will be opening a bank case if they charge me illegally.
