Had a bad first start with Shop2Ship, this was few months ago where I got ZERO response from emails.

Tried them again last week and had some questions. Got instant response via Facebook and they solved my issue very good and professional!

They gained my confidence again and will use their services again!

Excellent choice to forward my parcel overseas without incurring higher postal charges from my sender's local post office. Got him to do local mail to Shop2Ship and I arranged for the parcel forwarding on my own at half the cost.

prices are double your competition and more.

All the clothes i buy from sss they very beautiful but the quality are very bad if u use jean it get broke in yr body so its waste of money if u can change the quality of the material than i will be happy

Placed an order and it expired but I was never refunded the money that I paid

Bad experience all through. My goods wasn’t treated on time even after paying for express I wish I could just get a refund and I will never ever use this again

Great Service. Fast and efficient. I like the 60 day free storage possibility. This allows enough time to consolidate multiple parcels.

I have used this service 4 times and I'm really satisfied with the service.
When they receive my packages, they send me an email.
The customer service is good.
The shipping cost depends on the weight and the size of the package which is good too.
I tried the photo service so I could check the condition of my products and it went well.
I tried the consolidation service so that when I have packages from different stores, they put all of my products in one box which saves me money on the shipping.
I recommend using this company.

Everything is one time, and reasonable prices,

I rarerly write bad reviews...prefer not to write at all!
Unfortunately,shop2ship deserves to have a bad review cause although they have received a package for me on December 2020 they have not shipped it yet.Worst thing is they have never replied to many emails that I have sent!
I do not want to believe that someone stole the item!
UPDATE:they offered a 50 USD credit for my next shipment.Fair enough!Their customer service was very quick on replying and solved the issue

Shipping charges are way expensive and yoh claim that you offer PayPal payment and its never working, a kind of scam which is unprofessional
