I ordered a birthday present. Having accepted my order & then received a dispatched notification with a delivery time slot confirmation.I received an e- mail cancelling the order as the item was out of stock after it should have been delivered.

Excellent quality and fresh

Ordered cheese , eggs , ham and beetroot .
The ham was lovely and tasty , lovely sweet vacuum packed baby beets .
Havnt tried cheese yet , shame the eggs weren’t farm ones . Will def use again 👌

Received the fruits in great condition and they were fresh.

I bought a lot but it didn't come with any bags so I had to take it out of the delivery box individually.

Food of the highest standard and a little issue felt with straight away.

Watts Farms Home Deliveries are more committed than you think.
When I placed my order it was for the time slot 1800-2200 hour slot.
In fact it arrived in the the 1200-1800 slot, which impressed me greatly.
Everything was there, plus the driver as usual was very helpful and courteous.
It is a sublime service they provide.

Fresh and packed with care like the idea of minimising the plastic use so potatoes and carrots were loose nut nicely placed in box
Communication good and delivery as well plus the driver very polite which big plus
Will be placing another delivery soon and just to add the price is good as well

I am really pleased with the items I have got via their on line shop. I went for the box ast first then went for what I wanted. Both work really well. I love the fact that the greens etc. still have dirt on them, not been sent via container across the world. Had a hiccup with the delivery, but the CS team called me back, and all was fine and friendly. What will keep me coming back is the quality. So far so good!
