Phoned company late Friday afternoon to check what exact model circular saw I had been gifted, and when that had been identified by helpful representative, they also provided me with part number and price plus postage of the part I also required.
Ordered part and it was delivered following morning at 10.30am
Cant get better than that.

Brought a 9” grinder which developed a problem after a week of use.. sent back and was replaced..

I purchased an Evolution Evosystem Pressure Washer from Screwfix in November 2024. It developed a serious fault less than 3 months after purchase. I contacted Screwfix customer support who told me to return it to my local Screwfix store, they would take the faulty item and order a replacement for me. The local store refused to accept the return and said they would send a form to Evolution and they would arrange collection and replacement.
Next day I received an email from Evolution to say the faulty machine would be collected the next day by DHL for inspection by Evolution engineers. DHL did not collect on the appointed day, but collected a day later, no explanation or apology.
4 days later an email from Evolution confirmed the machine was faulty but they did not carry the parts to fix it, so would be sending me a "B Stock" item to replace it. I never purchased a B Stock machine, so why should I accept this as a replacement for my faulty "A Grade" purchase. Evolution would not accept my concerns that this was not a satisfactory replacement, and when I requested to make a formal complaint, my request was ignored. I asked for a full refund of my original purchase instead of a"B stock" machine, but they refused to do this as my original purchase had been from Screwfix. Screwfix refused my request for a refund as it had been a special order, and Evolution was liable for any claim.
When the replacement arrived, the box was very tatty, had clearly been opened and resealed. The machine in the box was rusty on some exposed parts and the the paint quality was very poor with exposed bare metal parts that had not been properly painted.
My experience with Evolution Warranty was most unsatisfactory and I would not recommend anyone to even consider purchasing anything made by Evolution Power Tools.

Brought a gazebo got delivered the next day put it up and the stitching was damaged in the corner and had damage on top cover. Messaged company and asked if they could send a new cover. They sent a complete whole new gazebo next day 10/10 no problems with the new one. First one must of been a Friday afternoon job company is brilliant sorted the issue straight away would recommend to anyone thanks evolution will use you again

I recently purchased an Evolution Mitre Saw. It is a superb piece of kit, strongly made and a pleasure to operate. I needed to contact customer services for advice, and my phone call was answered immediately. The customer service provided by Sarah was exceptional, thank you.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy Evolution tools again. As well as the saw's
build quality, accuracy and ease of calibration, the after-care is first class.

Thank you to customer support (Michelle) who was lightning quick in dealing with an issue with the order. The compactor is great, no problems with that but they should update their manual to show the correct parts

Very helpful staff. I have always had good service over the years. Although this time I received the collection E-mail on Friday, but I had already picked up the item on Wednesday.

I was sent the wrong saw, trying to replace it for the right saw is becoming impossible, there now not responding to my emails , left in the dark .

I had got myself in a real mess trying to remove a mitre saw blade (which had given me a number of years great service). I contacted customer service and was surprised by the rapid response. Michelle was most helpful and sent me detailed instructions to get me out of the pickle I had got myself in. After that I removed the old blade easily and can now fit a new all purpose blade. Great service for a great product.

I wish all Customer Service operated like this. I received a reply to my query within 2 business hours and unlike most Companies, Michelle read all of my email not just the first para and ignoring the rest. This is unfortunately how most Customer Services operate nowadays. I sent a second request for more information and same high level of service again. Brilliant. I ordered my product straightway and its on its way same day for delivery tomorrow Order ETP96256

I have recently replaced my Evolution Table Saw with a newer, upgraded version. I did lots of online research before purchasing the new saw, but soon realised that the new Evolution saw was the only option, based on price, specifications and reputation.

The saw arrived yesterday, and it is simply brilliant. I went for the R255TBL+ which has many improved features over my older saw. I had to contact customer service due to an issue that occurred in transit, and the 2 staff I dealt with were exemplary. Both professional, but also understanding.

I have several Evolution tools in my workshop. All have provided excellent service. They have been faultless, and I will continue to buy them, and recommend the range to friends.

I acidentally purchsed the incorrect saw, a 110V track saw was delivered and it obviously didnt work at home. I contacted them and within a week the correct saw is on its way to me. There was no fee implemented by them and they responded to my emails very quickly everytime. DHL didnt show to collect the incorrect saw on the first day but that is not the fault of the company and they chased them up for me straight away resulting in this quick turn around. Havent used the product yet but if its anything like the service I cant wait.

What a shocking company

Ordered brand new Evolution R255TBL+
This machine is dangerous shoots lightning bolts out of motor when pressing the red stop button to turn off saw.
If you have punched the same model please check before you have a FIRE…
Reported major fault to Evolution, Evolution arranged pick up with time set 8am-6pm, and guess what no pick up 10 hrs. wasted and with no pay!
After a few emails Sham-lution said “We will arrange second pick up again 8am-6pm”
And half way through pick up day I checked “you still calling” …”yes “was reply
But yet again like a seagull with a full stomach of digested rotten fish I was S… on from a great height NO SHOW NO PAY for the f in second day

In the small print if I miss said pick up I will have to pay for return?

Excellent customer service from this Company. I had a problem with a mitre saw that I bought from them. They sorted this immediately and sent me a replacement saw. Cannot fault them for their products and their timely responses to my queries. Would definitely buy from them again.

Just purchased this tool and after a straight forward assembly I found that I could not lock off the spindle arbor to unscrew the nut to assemble the blade on. After contacting customer services they did not have a clue and I had to wait for the technical team to make contact I dfound that the arbor lock mechanism was missing from production. I have lost a days work because of this. Not happy

This was my first purchase from Evolution Tools, and I have to say I’m extremely impressed. As a professional carpenter and joiner, I’ve been considering investing in a track saw for a while. I looked at several other brands, but most were far too expensive. Evolution offers unbeatable value without sacrificing quality.

The saw itself is excellent—well-built, precise, and reliable. I did run into a minor issue, but it was entirely my fault for not reading the instructions properly. Awful! Never buy Evolution tools again. I bought a table saw. The removable plate in the saw bed surrounding the blade is at a lower height to the bed of the saw. This means as the end of the wood being cut gets closer to the blade it drops into the void and gets a lot of kick back and vibration. According to customer services it's designed for long lengths only! But has only a short distance of bed after the blade. Then they try to sell you a zero tolerance plate for just under £30.00. ALL IN ALL! POOR PRODUCT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN AND THE SAW IS GOING BACK TO THE SHOP. How did this get to market in the first place. Why not fit a flush plate from build? So it's safe to use with short pieces?
