Everything was perfect, totally professional.

My experience with Shipping-Address-Spain was a positive one. They answered my questions in a timely manner and promptly forwarded my parcel, which arrived quickly and in good condition. I've seen some reviews with complaints about the cost for shipping, but I found the pricing to be exactly what would be expected for the distance -- there is also a page on their website that helps you to determine what the cost of forwarding will likely be. I would definitely use this service again.

I did not order, but I plan to get a one-year subscription and work with them soon. I just wanted to thank them for their excellent professional guidance and treatment, and their guidance solved many of my problems. I really thank Mr. Salvador for his help and kindness. They are really kind and professional.

I write this review a year after my parcel was first posted with Shipping-Address-Spain.com. I needed a forwarding company to collate two purchases of rare collectibles and ship to the UK. The communication was great and I was very thankful of being able to communicate in English with the company. However the way my two parcels were consolidated was terrible and the way they were taped together meant it was almost inevitable that they would be damaged. All together it took them approximately 4 months to get the parcels to me and both items were damaged. I have spent the past 8 months trying to claim for the damage with no success. Their customer service team took no responsibility for the situation and blamed their carrier UPS and would not resolve their situation with me until they had claimed from UPS. This regrettably never happened and I have never received any compensation for the damaged items. It’s such a shame as this appears to be a good setup and the people are friendly enough, they just wouldn’t accept any responsibility for their poor consolidation of the packages or the resulting damage. Very disappointed.

Super fast shipping. This is the second time I have used the service and it was excellent. It's expensive but if there's something you want to order from Spain, this is an easy and reliable way.

Super fast turn around service, use their courier choice or they even allow you choose your own courier to pick up your packages from their premises. Extremely easy user friendly platform they have and NO WEIRDNESS at all on entire process straight forward fast. Emails answered within minutes.

They are trustworthy really fast and efficient, their platform simple and user friendly very quick email responses all flawless.

Shipping rate is slightly higher so if used for business purpose with small margin then perhaps it does not make sense money wise.

Also I would recommend them to keep the original packaging and tape them together or use a larger box to consolidate small packages.

Definitely will recommend.
