The shipping is extremely overpriced…
The shipping is extremely overpriced and I’m guessing there’s a very high number on top of the actual UPS price. I usually pay $200 for 30 lbs from Spain. This company charged $100 for 6 lbs. it was my first time using them and never again.

Please contact us and show us how you received your package. Since our staff has not been in contact at any time due to said incident. Our consolidations are carried out with the utmost care to NOT damage any product.
Another case is how it is delivered to the customer and what happened during transport.

Shipping was quick and the item arrived in good condition. Cost of shipping was twice what it needed to be for a low value item. Shipping option by regular postal service should have been an option.
