The suitcase made it to our destination…
The suitcase made it to our destination and home again in the designated time frame. My only complaint was that it was very dirty after the trip home. It looked like it had been dragged on the floor.

Customer service is extremely excellent. I had called a few times with various questions. They pick up immediately and we’re able to answer my questions professionally and extremely nice. The boxes came perfectly. Nothing broke. They came on time delivered and picked up right on Target.

Just What We Needed
We needed to ship eight boxes of books. Shipgo was FABULOUS--from the customer service, to the pickup, to the delivery. I was shocked to receive my boxes five days early. Yay! A couple boxes were a little beat up (likely, due to the rains on the East Coast), but nothing that damaged the contents.

Highly recommended!
This is my second time using ShipGo, and once again, I had a great experience. My box arrived in just 3 days, exactly as promised, and everything inside was intact and in perfect condition. I also appreciated the regular tracking updates and notifications throughout the entire process—from pickup to delivery—which gave me peace of mind. ShipGo has proven to be reliable, efficient, and hassle-free, and I would definitely use their service again and again.

"The service was fast and completely satisfactory. My sister was originally planning to drive 2 to 3 hours just to drop off her bag, but to her pleasant surprise, ShipGo picked it up directly from her remote location! She didn't need to travel at all. Truly an excellent service!"

While not common, some hotels and resorts do assess a receiving, handling, or storage fee to guests — similar to an overnight parking charge, for example — and this isn't a fee associated with ShipGo. We always recommend reaching out to your destination ahead of time to check for any potential fees like this before shipping.
If a destination does charge a receiving or handling fee, it's often worth considering an alternative delivery location instead, such as a golf course, a friend or relative, or a FedEx location (which may carry a small fee, but typically far less than a hotel charge).
I can see you've already discussed this with our team, and since this was your first shipment with us, we've made a one-time exception to refund the $40.00 fee you were charged by the hotel.
