I would also like to mirror some of the reviews about incompetence. They are so bad at communicating as well. You email them about something and days, or no reply sometimes. Its honestly horrible.

Get Capital also Known as Shift is one of the most incompetent companies you could ever borrow money from for your business. Once they have you, they treat you like crap, on your portal you can see what you owe and they every now and then opt you in to redraw on available funds. Just another scam to have you apply and ruin your credit history they are good at doing that because if you opt in you have no idea if you have the funds or not. No one there gives a crap about you, no calls, no SMS, no emails not even a letter. Beware people. Management should look deeply into their staff and start sacking incompetent people which is a majority and hire people that what to assist clients. Never again will I ever use this company they are useless.

A cut above the rest! After the Covid lock downs in Victoria almost destroyed everything I worked so hard for, naturally turned to the bank I’d been so loyal to..for a little assistance but they slammed the door on me. These guys like many of their kind are worthy of a little bit of look see from the Banking regulators. Hmmm, perhaps that should go on tomorrows to do list.
