When I asked about a refund because the makeup I tried irritated my skin (burning feeling), I was told to get a doctor's note before they would proceed with any further steps. I've never been questioned by any reputable brand about a return request, especially for it causing pain. And then for them to ask me to put the product back on to get photographic proof; outrageous and disgusting.

I've no idea where the negative reviews are coming from because sheglam is filled will high quality products for hardly any cost. You've got to think carefully about the morality of buying from shein but many of the makeup products themselves are amazing. My top 5 products are the powder foundation, the liquid blush & contours, all duochrome eye products, the matte lipsticks and the balm foundation. I'd avoid eyebrow products and primers (unless your skin is already flawless) and it's hit and miss with the liquid lipsticks but overall, the products are well thought out and perform really well.

Sheglam products are absolutely awful. Cheapest and least quality products I have ever purchased. It is an absolute fraud with all their products

Nach der Bewertung hat sich der Kundenservice gemeldet und nur angeboten entweder das Geld zurückzuerstatten oder ein neues Paket loszuschicken. Hab mich für das neue Paket entschieden, welches innerhalb von 9 Tagen ankam.

I wish I would have read the reviews before,I ordered 4 items from them and only received 1,I tried to contact them.but got no response ,luckily I paid with PayPal, so I will get my money back

Habe mir die Harry Potter Edition und Corbse Bride Edition gekauft. Optisch machen die Sachen echt was her und halten auch sehr gut.
Was ich nicht nachvollziehen kann ist die Sache mit den angeblichen falschen Traking Nummern. Als ich auf den Link in der Email geklickt habe wurde mir vom Versanddienst eine Nummer vorgeschlagen die ich auch angeklickt habe. Da ist mir schnell aufgefallen das es sich um eine falsche Nummer handelt. Als ich mir die Mühe gemacht habe und die Traking Nummer selbst eingegeben habe wurde mir auch meine richtige Bestellung angezeigt.
Die Lieferzeit ist etwas länger aber was will man auch erwarten.
Für meine erste Bestellung bin ich voll und ganz zufrieden.

Scam, I was given a fake tracking number!

Complete scam. Sent fake tracking. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers.

I actually love this, it’s light weight and simple for us girls that are not makeup pros. And for the price it’s a win win! Love the liquid blush and bronzer. Just ordered more.

SCAM!!!!! SCAM!!!!!! SCAM!!!!! SPENT OVER $40 AND WAS GIVEN FAKE TRACKING INFO! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!

Don’t order from them! I was so excited I ordered before checking Trust pilot! After reading the reviews and then noticing my package had not arrived when they said it would. I contacted customer service, they were very prompt with their response. BUT, they said my package was delivered to another state.
Meanwhile I’ve never received a tracking number. After contacting customer service they pulled a miscellaneous photo of some random package that said it was delivered (which was no proof it was my order, the photo had been cropped),
Second attempt, I sent an another email. I received no apology no explanation just a link saying my package was on the way, I clicked the link, to a tracking website, the tracking number was missing, the site suggested that I “try” the number below. I copied and pasted that number and it said it was now delivered to yet ANOTHER different state from the previous one. Again, a state that I do not live in, which was not my address.

I do not have time for games, seems like some teenagers running this website, I don’t take lightly to someone insulting my intelligence!

Third attempt, customer service is not responding I will be disputing charges from my bank!! Ridiculous!!!

The order process takes too long time, that’s why i asked for a refund, but they didn’t even respect my request and sent my order. SCAMMERS, don’t buy from them!

Epically disappointed with shipping speeds. I live in Rhode Island, my shipping label was created in New York two days after my order was placed (coincidentally after contacting Sheglam to cancel my order due to delayed shipping speeds), and my order has sat in New York for the past five days. I understand a few day for processing may be necessary, but 2-3 weeks to deliver from a state that is practically next door is ridiculous!! In the future I will just pay more for better service, because in the meantime while I’m waiting 2-3 weeks for my order to arrive I’ll have spend anyway to replenish what I’m lacking.

Do not order from this company. They invoiced me about a parcel I'd ordered and they listed the wrong address. I emailed them 4 times with the correct address but they still went ahead and sent it. When they finally admitted their mistake they sent out a replacement.........to the wrong address again. Incompetent doesn't even come close.

I am not sure how I stumbled upon "Shein"/SheGlam products. It takes a lot to impress me, and I am thoroughly impressed! The prices are fantastic. The shipping speed is also extremely good!!! The packaging is that of almost a full luxury product - an attractive design with ease of use...a nice scoop spoon, for instance, for the face primer which is so, so nice! I have been in search of the perfect brow product...THIS IS IT!!!! I've been in serious search of for 6 months, and this is what I've been looking for. I wish all companies were like this one. The prices are low but the quality is high As!
And as low as the prices are, Afterpay is offered as a pay option. I love Afterpay. They're the best also! Better than Klarna and Affirm or PayPal pay on 4 which is a horror show.
