Embora deixe os lábios com a tonalidade que eu pretendo o resultado não é uniforme, desidrata os lábios e sai facilmente, tendo de ser aplicado com muita frequência para que dê resultado. Não gostei da compra.

Failure to meet promised delivery timeline

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend SHEGLAM to customers who rely on accurate delivery timelines or reasonable post-purchase support...
I placed an order on December 10 and paid 85€ (discounted from an original price of approximately 96€). The purchase was made well in advance and was intended as a New Year gift, where timely delivery was essential.
Despite this, the shipment experienced significant delays, including being stuck in Hungary from December 21, and was delivered only after the holiday period had passed. As a result, the order completely failed its intended purpose.
Customer support acknowledged the delay and confirmed the issue, but refused to offer any monetary compensation, referring to internal policy. The only alternative suggested was a discount coupon, which is not a solution for a customer who does not plan to place further orders.
Although the products eventually arrived in acceptable condition, the overall experience highlights unreliable logistics and a customer service approach that prioritizes rigid policy over accountability. For a global brand, this is not an acceptable standard, especially for time-sensitive orders during the holiday season.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with SHEGLAM.

I placed an order on November 29, but the package was never delivered. The tracking number provided showed no tracking information at any point, and there was no record with the stated carrier. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received a valid or traceable shipment update.

Eventually, customer service acknowledged that the order could not be fulfilled and offered a refund. However, only the product amount was refunded. The shipping fee was withheld, even though the order was never successfully delivered and the shipping failure was not caused by me.

While the customer service responses were polite, the resolution was incomplete and unsatisfactory. Charging customers for shipping when no delivery occurs is unreasonable and unfair.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend SHEGLAM to international customers who expect reliable shipping and fair refund practices.

Order I received was NOT as described. I contacted the company for a return/refund and after taking multiple days for them to respond they refused. Item was very cheaply made and was a mess when it arrived.
This is what their refund policy says. “Your satisfaction means a lot to us! We will gladly refund any item or items that may have been damaged during shipping.
For SHEGLAM hair appliances, we offer a 45-day return policy for a full refund, excluding shipping fees, with return shipping costs covered by the customer. Additionally, all hair appliances come with a one-year warranty for added peace of mind.
To start the refund process, please contact our Contact Us.
We will refund the price of the applicable product, plus any applicable taxes, to the original form of payment.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be issued. If you have any issues with your refund, please contact the Customer Support team within 180 days Of placing your order. At this time, we do not refund shipping or insurance fees and apologize for the inconvenience.
Feel free to Contact Us and our service team will reply in 48 nours.”

According to the BBB, Sheglam is under SHEIN.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EW

I've ordered sheglam products from shein before, and I liked them. So I figured I'd order from sheglam this time because why not, and this while thing has been horrendous! I ordered two of the liquid eyeshadows, and it's past the time frame of when it should've arrived. I wrote to them multiple times for issues with the tracker, and they never got back to me. I wrote to them again since it hasn't arrived, and still, NO RESPONSE! Their customer service is TRULY awful, please do not order from them directly for your own sanity.

AVOID

AVOID! Order never arrived - we received an email saying it was shipped, then received another saying it had been returned and that the refund would be less tax and shipping.
Suspect this company is fake.
I can’t even contact customer services, as trying to enter your order gets you stuck in a loop - I’ll be contacting my credit card company.

Honestly it was surprisingly good.
The packaging was amazing, really well done.
The products have a really good pigmentation e I am obsessed about it.
The only downside is the shipping length. It does take ages, my order took about 10 days to arrive.
Other than that I have nothing to complain.
Really amazing products

I wish I had read the reviews on here before buying. My order never arrived, thankfully I paid using PayPal so I got my money back. Terrible company, poor customer service (told that I should “just be patient” and wait for my order. Would never use again. Proceed with caution.

Terrible. I pre-ordered an item, and when it came to dispatch, it was cancelled unexpectedly because it was 'sold out'. Like I said, this was a pre-order, and there was no issue when it came to the initial purchase.
Poor stock management. This was going to be a gift.
Customer support was dreadful and non-existent.
Said the item was coming from UK, but the tracking took me to a Chinese postal site, so that was a blatant lie.
I still haven't recieved my full refund.

Terrible customer service…

Ordered from the UK 4 days later tracking said received in China and returned to sender.

Response from sheglam was non existent when I enquired what was happening. I had to chase for a refund and still had no explanation why items were not received. Still waiting for a refund

Should have looked the reviews before ordering. It is so frustrating. No product received no money refunded. Customer care appears to be dumb and deaf.
Never ever going to shop again worst experience ever.

Mystifyingly Bad Experience.

Placed an order 9th August.

Received email on the 12th of august saying they had received my returned item and my refund had been initiated and that shipping fee was not refundable.

I had not only NOT yet received my order but I definitely hadn't sent it back.

I emailed customer services on the 12th to ask why my order had been refunded and to date have had no response at all.

Shockingly poor service.
