Deceptive! Avoid This Company at All Costs!
I placed order and paid £31.56. The goods were never delivered to me, however, according to the tracking information, on August 6th my order was returned to the sender without any notice to me. I did not request a return or a refund at any point.
To make things worse, the company only refunded me £23.49, keeping part of my payment even though I never received the goods in the first place. This is completely unacceptable.
When I tried to email the company to explain the situation, they clearly didn’t take my case seriously and insisted that the goods had been shipped — which is ironic, because the tracking link they provided clearly shows it was returned the very next day. Throughout this entire process, I received no communication or updates.

Placed an order that didn't arrive. Instead I got an email saying they had recieved my return and I got my money back. I never did a return. No idea what happened.
Purchase was entirely wrong items
Purchase never arrived. Shipping states that the package was delivered to the front door and that a signature was provided. There was never a package delivered and there was definitely no signatures ever given.

Package arrived but none of my items were in the package, instead it was a random assortment of items that had nothing to do with what I ordered. There was also only 6 items despite ordering 8 items.

Terrible customer service… I ordered make up for 100€ and after 2 days they cancelled my order … they told me the refund it’s 7-14 days while it’s already 24 days and no refund … I email them and they answer after 5 days that is refunded and call my bank I just called my bank there is no refund from them anithing terrible customer service DO NOT ORDER FROM SHEGLAM !!!!!!
Scam! Buyer beware.
This company is a scam. I placed an order on April 19 2025. They gave me a delivery date of April 25. 2025 along with a tracking number. My shipment keeps getting ship from Chicago. IL to Japan. I live in California. I contacted the support just to be told shipment is on the way. I opened a claim case through PayPal who today told me they would not get my money back because the company said they delivered it. I looked at the tracking it was delivered back to sender.
So DO NOT buy from this company no accountability, customer support or products received.

Lack of information for shipping - Canary Islands
I made a purchase a few days ago, and today they cancelled my order. The refund is on it's way, but I'm upset because Sheglam didn't mention that they don't ship to my land, Canary Islands. They say they ship to Spain, why can't they mention they only ship to the spanish peninsula only?
Before I make a purchase on any website, I check the shipping information. And I saw nothing about Canary Islands, that is why I thought they shipped to my land with no problem. I even made many purchases before!
I don't think I will buy from this brand anymore, even if they ship to Canary Islands again. A big brand like Sheglam should already include detailed information about the shipping. This is too messy and unprofessional.
Same Product as Shein, Double the Price – No Free Returns
I ordered a hair curler from Sheglam and was surprised to receive it in Shein packaging. Curious, I checked Shein and found the exact same product for less than half the price. I even ordered the one from Shein to compare—they're identical.
When I contacted Sheglam to return it, they said I had to cover the return shipping myself. But tracked shipping from Sweden to their warehouse in Poland costs nearly the same as the price difference, making the return completely pointless.
I feel scammed by both Sheglam and Shein (which are part of the same company). Their pricing is misleading and they offer no free returns for EU customers. Be very careful before buying!

I bought around 10 items and I didn’t receive anything. I sent an email to the company because the delivery company didn’t exist and I tried to track the item but it didn’t work also. I sent an email to sheglam and they didn’t even respond back so don’t buy anything from them. It was saying 3 working days but I didn’t receive anything.

I am a Macro influencer already working with many area of SHEIN. But Sheglam is total disappointment, they actually fraud me - I accepted 4 campaigns in December posted in January. The coordinators confirmed the budget and sent products and follow up for the post but when it's posted - she just disappeared. It's not another fraud company it's actually Sheglam itself . I sent several emails with proof of campaign and accepted budgets and post links and they never replied any email from me after posting according the agreement conditions. Total silence I am never followed up for anything done so still no payment also. I am doing this job for 13 years never worked with an unprofessional company like this . The problem is not a due payment only its how they are ignoring the emails for invoices after their posts are done , its 7 weeks now !

I bought three different shades of the stick counselor, considering I am not familiar with this brand and don’t have samples. I order 3 different shades to find a better match. Furthermore, SHEGLAM public website advertises 48 days Return policy for unwanted merchandise.
That is tuned out a SCAM.
When I contacted customer services for return instructions, they stated that “due to market conditions, they do not accept returns!”
This company is defrauding their customers because they have not complained with Federal Consumer laws and Right to Know information. This company is not transparent with their return policy, therefore, defrauding their customers.
Federal Laws are very clear about consumer rights if product purchased online and not to customers satisfactions, and merchant offers free returns as a tradeoff for the cost of doing ecommerce. Consumer should be able returned product for full refund.
Additionally, if company changes their return policy it should be publicly available for consumers to make an informative decision if they want to purchase this product. This company advertises free returns and never posted any information that they do not except merchandise therefore in violation of Right to Know federal law.
Lastly, they miss advertising their product and colors counselors are pure quality, and colors does not match a sample on the website.
Any consumer who is experienced the same issues with SHEGLAM customer service I encourage to file formal complaints to BBB and Federal Trade Committee.

The foundation and concealer are literally rubbish. It feels like applying a scrub on your face. All the reviews on TikTok or on their website must be paid because I do not believe that all these people really like the makeup specially not the people that use makeup on the regular. Their foundation brush is also rubbish, it’s like sandpaper on the face. The brow gel was rubbish. The primer for pores was also rubbish.
Amazing products everyone can afford
The products are amazing and affordable. These products have very good quality. I am not paid to say that. I used to work for cosmetic companies and they are what you call high quality and I will compare some of the products of SheGlam with theirs. I was also taking back by the Terrible reviews but when I read them, they were mostly about shipping issues instead of the actual quality of the products etc.
