I received a replacement refurbished…
I received a replacement refurbished phone. Prior to me, shipping my old one. So I could swap out my information. Then once I did that, I sent the old one back and it was done.

Highly recommend
This is my second time in this office and you are always welcome here, professional staff, they explain the process in detail, they do the job well and on time, I have never felt any discomfort. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs help with their Samsung devices.

Screen repair was excellent
Screen repair was excellent. Took a long time to complete but that was only because location moved and store was still in process of getting set up. No fault of workers there whi were very professional.

Quick Fix, Happy Customer: Thanks Servify & Samsung Plus!
Super easy had a small issue with the first unit that was fixed right away and you can't beat 10$ a month vs almost 2000$ to replace a phone now. The agents were fast the shipment was fast. Thanks servify and Samsung plus

Customers werre being professionally being cared for.
When you get to the store and there are several people waiting in front of you and the tech is carefully fixing the problems that they have, you have comfort in knowing that they are htere for the customers.
They told me when my phone would be ready, So I knew when to return. they delivered in that tiome.
